- They accept the following major debit and credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. In addition, they accept payment by check, cash, ACH or wire transfer (subject to $35 wire transfer fee) on all written proposals upon request. When paying by check, there will be a holding period of 5 business days from the time payment is received until commencing production on any orders. Payment by debit or credit card is not accepted from businesses, designers, architects or for resale. Please note that in addition, any order with a balance due will not be released until the balance is cleared in full prior to being released for delivery scheduling. All open balances are due when your order is ready for scheduling.

- Since all products are made to order, once it is received no cancellations, modifications or returns will be accepted beyond 24 hours from the date and time of order and must be done in writing by replying to the original email order confirmation you received.
