***************** has been a great pleasure to work with! He has been responsive to every question and concern we have had, as we just purchased a home in ***********, **, have been investing a lot of time and money in upgrades, and have been somewhat worried that the delivery of our new appliances and removal of the ones in the house could accidentally damage work done in the house on walls, floors, woodworks. *** is taking every precaution by arranging for a delivery that we are confident will leave our home and new appliances in their new condition. And of course we are also very pleased with the price and quality of the appliances themselves. One of the very best sales people we have worked with in any retail area. This is the 2nd time Im using *** at **** ******* was phenomenal and he went out of his way to accommodate me when there was a miscommunication with installer. I like to deal with people who keep their word have good products and follow through. *** is all of that and more. In a day where so many retailers only cater to large purchase customers good to see there are retailers like *** who value small individual purchasers like myself.ABC Discount Appliances

Recently bought a new GE washer and dryer. Service was awesome from meeting *** at the store and the help and advice he gave as well as research he did to find the perfect match for our needs to the exceptional delivery. Our washer and dryer needed to go to the second floor and the steps were a tight fit but the delivery men were awesome. They measured and verified everything would be ok. They were able to bring the old items down and the new items up with no problems (and they made it look easy!). The delivery staff was knowledgable, friendly and kind. They made the whole experience a positive one. I would recommend this store and their staff to everyone I know for any appliances. We used them during the pandemic as well for a large freezer and they were great then too. I can't complain at all! Their appliances are affordable and the staff treats you well from sale to delivery. I am very happy.ABC Discount Appliances
