      Horrible service. Delivery was supposed to happen today. An hour before the deadline, I called them just to check. The sofa was never loaded and no one ever reached out to me. I called them an hour in advance of their delivery window to find out it wasn't loaded. Terrible.

      We ordered a kitchen nook through Amazon on Prime day. We were given the delivery dates of July 15-July 26. We were contacted by both the seller and the shipping company in the beginning of our order around July 5th confirming the order, address and phone number. My husband and myself have spoken with the shipping now four times as of today. My husband spoke with them this morning and was told our item would not be delivered until the week of August 1st. I spoke with them and was told by different representative that our shipment was not on the books for delivery due to an incorrect phone number and they were not able to contact us. Explain to the representative that that was completely incorrect and exactly how many times. My husband and I have spoken with them confirming everything including earlier today. I asked why was the item not placed on the books for delivery when they spoke with my husband. The representative would not give me an explanation but only asked again would I like for the item to be placed on the books for delivery of the week of August 1st. I told him. Please do and asked did I need to keep calling back to make sure it was there. We contacted the company. The sold us the kitchen nook and even asked if we could go pick the item up from the warehouse of which that would not be an option. I have ask the company for a full complete refund of the item back plus the shipping cost I paid to my Amazon credit card since the item has not in will not be delivered in the set time frame given of which we canceled all of our plans including vacation to be here. Also, asking for the cancellation with full refund since this company has a continuing history of the exact same issues along with the same complaint of claiming incorrect phone numbers. As of now I have not received any correspondence in reference to receiving a refund.
