This was the worst delivery experience Ive ever had. TWO times a four hour window was missed. They refused to schedule the delivery on a day I was off for MY couch and a service that they charge $395. Their customer service people said they were only going to miss by 30 minutes! They argued with me about the time, and I finally had to end it when I told them I had it in writing on text. When they finally got to my delivery (14 out 17 deliveries is what I was told), they were 5.5 hours late for their 4 hour window they established. They put me 14th after missing my previous delivery time a week before when they tried to deliver it at 8 pm an hour after my four hour window. It gets better when they arrived. They did not call. They were at my house while I had to leave work. The couch was smudged with their hand prints. They could not fit it in the door. They asked to go to the back door. They dirtied the couch more and managed to knock off one of the buttons! I actually felt sorry for the delivery guys they probably thought it was just a job. They didnt know it entailed customer service and clearly had no training. They obviously had no education as to the value of the delivery as they stood it on its back and on its side. They were polite is all I can say that it is positive. They tried hard. A nightmare of an experience. They said if I wanted any sort of refund I should go back to the furniture company! Supposed to receive delivery of furniture on Oct 1st. Checked my tracking today and find out the scheduled delivery date has been canceled. Called to find out what was going on and they said they cant give a date for delivery and that they would check with their teams and get back to me at some undetermined time. Worst experience ever, had a deliver of a bed set from 10am-6pm on Sept 20th and they called me 5 minutes before 6pm to say they couldnt deliver it now until Oct 4th. I explained I was leaving the country on the 29th and they said I would receive a call to get it delivered before the date. They called me on the 23rd to say theyd be out on the 29th, real incompetent agents that must not read notes since I leave the country that day in the morning. I had a great experience with Metropolitan Warehouse. They delivered two couches to my ** home today. I was very impressed with their pre oommunications as to delivery status and timing. And the delivery men were great. Couches were arranged and rearranged to suit, lega attached, pillows all arranged, I was very impressed! They even helped me apply felt pads to the leg bottoms. All debris was removed and I was ready to take a nap! Five star rating from me if 5 is the highest! **************Metropolitan Warehouse Delivery Corp

I have had furniture delivered by this company twice. The first time they damaged the furniture, the front door and the ceiling in the hallway. The second time they delivered what was to be a replacement for the damaged furniture, they left the furniture on the front porch. I could not get out my front door, the furniture was too heavy for me to move and I had to hire another moving company to get it from my front porch to the bedroom where it was to be.I called the company to rectify the situation, but they were absolutely no help. This means doesn't include any appointment scheduling or installation, also the placement of your furniture is outside of your home and doesn't require any signature. The worst!!! I ordered a dresser from ****** and this is their shipping company so you are captive to their incompetence.The dresser arrived damaged- I made the shippers pack it back up and take it **** That was 2 months ago. I have been on the phone between shippers and ****** to try and get them to send a new one. This company is complete garbage. We ordered a sectional from ******* who had my delivery address and phone number correct on my confirmation. Metropolitan sent me a link to book my delivery appointment, I did that and took off work to be there for the delivery. They NEVER showed up when I called they conveniently had my cell phone number wrong and said the sectional hadnt arrived yet and the delivery was canceled. Fine, I get it you cant deliver something you dont have. Fast forward a couple days and they reach out to schedule a Saturday delivery we reschedule plans to be home and again they dont show up and there was NO call. Of course their records show that someone called to say that their delivery driver didnt show up. The best they can do is a Wednesday delivery, I told them this is unacceptable and I need my issue expedited, I voice my frustrations and the customer service rep hangs up on me! Today is Wednesday and my husband stays home from work to be there for the delivery. It shows up and they have the wrong pieces. UNBELIEVABLE!! The delivery guys have the audacity to blame ****** for the mistake, saying they shipped the wrong pieces. However, after speaking with ******* Metropolitan would have never accepted the order if the pieces were incorrect!! Metropolitan failed miserably at every turn in this process and I will be reporting back to ****** that they should not use them to deliver anything going forward.Metropolitan Warehouse Delivery Corp

Absolutely atrocious! They are holding my delivery hostage in *******, **, and refuse to let me pick it up. And all of their delivery attempts have been canceled. The last attempt was unsuccessful because they simply forgot to load it on the truck. They have had my item for almost 30 days. Please do not do business with this company. Can I please, please give this company a zero?? This aggravation has continued for months trying to get ********* furniture that was ordered from ******.Initially it took a couple of months to set up delivery, but only a one piece from a set was received. Reportedly the remaining pieces were "lost in transit". ********* processed a new order. That was eventually cancelled by Metropolitan, but no one can tell me why.So ********* processed another replacement.Through it all I will received random emails from Metropolitan to set up a delivery date, but when I call them they say they have not received the furniture yet.Now as of yesterday, ********* is saying that Metropolitan reported the furniture was lost in transit AGAIN, but I cannot get Metropolitan to verify that.At this point I am praying we can get refunded and buy from someone else.Please do not use this company.
