      I placed an order for 2 items prior to Christmas. I only received one item. I reached out to the company via email and phone and I am not hearing back and I would like a credit.       I purchased a pair of ************* slippers and have never received them. I have reached out to them multiple times and get no response. I even found a phone number that didnt work. I want a full refund for my purchase. These people are frauds.

      I placed this order 12/12/22 and paid for it. I've sent 2 email communications asking about delivery with no response from them.       I placed an order thru their website on 11/14 for 2 holiday ornaments. The order # is ECFC1229450. I have tried to call their offices at the number listed on their social media sites numerous times over the past month with no answer, no returned calls, and one hang-up after waiting on hold for their finance department. I have emailed them 3 times at *************************************** with NO response. I have also tried messaging them thru their Instagram account and get the same automated message every time -- please email us at *************************************** Against my better judgment, I would actually like to receive the two items. I would have even settled for a "supply-chain" problem with an estimated time of delivery. Absent those options, I just want my money returned. The complete lack of communication has soured my respect and willingness to do business with this "company" ever again.

      I contacted the company within minutes of placing an order to change the size. I received a canned email in response promising contact within ***** hours. I never heard back and now they have delivered the wrong size. This is a Christmas gift. Now what do I do? Having no contact available besides email that they do not answer.
