To be eligible for a full refund of your purchase price:
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must also have a receipt or proof of purchase for the item being returned.
You may be eligible for a partial refund if:
The item you're seeking to return has obvious signs of use, the item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. The item being returned was purchased more than 30 days ago.
*Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. They also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items include gift cards, digital and/or downloadable software products, and certain personal care items.

Approved refunds will be processed within 72 hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card (or original method of payment), within 5-7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund after 5-7 business days, please check with your bank, credit card company and/or financial institution to determine if your refund payment is in process. Please note, it may take additional time before your financial institution to release the refund to you.
