  ***** and ******, ApyreNCS's ********** funeral directors, were really great to work with. Very professional, caring, knowledgeable and efficient. I made the arrangements for my Mom in advance and it was a very smooth and dignified process from the phone call to Apyre by her Hospice team when she passed to receiving her cremains at my home out of state. I highly recommend them.

  I appreciate the patience and informative manner of the agents I had the pleasure of speaking with throughout this trying ordeal. I was helped to understand the protocol re cremation and purpose behind the protocol. I am thankful that you guys helped me communicate my needs to the life insurance company as well.

  My eldest brother, recently passed away and Apyre was wonderful. I made one phone call and answered a couple of questions and they did the rest. They contacted me later and I reviewed a couple of documents for accuracy. I was then explained the process and approximate time it takes to get a loved one returned. I cannot express how much gratitude I have for Apyre, ***** and staff for taking something so difficult for me to do, and truly making it stress free. I highly recommend Apyre.

  I would highly recommend ApyreNCS for their professional cremation services. Apyres service is excellent, exceptional and so professional.   It was recommended by the social worker at my parents assisted living facility that we make prearrangements for both for their funerals. We contacted ApyreNCS and before we could even mail the application and payment, my father died. Without any questions or difficulty or red tape, Apyre took care of everything in a very dignified and sympathetic manner. My entire family was very pleased with the organization they provided as far as giving information and steps that would be taken for receiving the remains and creating an obituary. They kept us informed every step of the way. I especially felt comfortable with ************************* who had to withstand all my questions and many telephone calls.

  I unconditionally recommend the Apyre National Services and especially funeral director, *************************. From the initial phone discussions with ****** to the completion of the process, he was understanding, helpful, supportive and efficient. But most important, he immediately understood what we wanted and helped us to navigate through the required steps with kindness, respect, and dignity. It was a very difficult time for us, but the general practices of Apyre and ******* support, in particular, made it less painful.

  I have nothing but praise for the service I received from Apyre. When my brother passed away, I was devastated as I could not go to ********** to arrange his funeral. I live in ****** and was advised by my doctor to avoid travelling as I have quite a few ailments. I had no option but to scour the internet for a funeral director who could help me out. I wanted somebody who would pick my brother's body from the Medical Examiner, see to all the formalities and cremate the body with respect and dignity. I spoke to quite a few funeral directors but at last settled on Apyre because I found both ***** and ****** to be very courteous, compassionate and reassuring. I was impressed by the competence and professionalism shown by them. Based on the information I gave them they gave me a quote. The breakdown included a list of all the charges I was likely to incur. I am happy to say that no hidden expenses were sprung at me at a later date and that I did not have to pay a ***** more! Once the payment had been made Apyre moved at lightning speed. My brother's body was brought into their care the following day and cremated soon after. I was kept updated all along and got a prompt reply to any query I had. I am really very grateful to ****** and ***** for their help and guidance through a very difficult time.

He was very helpful and understanding and made the whole process so much easier than I ever expected. Everything was handled in a timely manner and very professional. I cannot thank them enough for helping me through this difficult time.

  The people at ApyreNCS took care of everything with my Son's Cremation .. They were very polite and answered all my questions right away. I live in a another state from which my Son died. They handled everything by phone and email. I would highly recommend them.
