    ************************* is the consummate professional. He helped and guided me completely during this personal difficult time for me in the loss of my loved me. His genuine compassion, empathy, patience and understanding eased my pain, sadness and suffering. He was always available to explain the cremation process and answered all my questions and reassured me completely. I will always be grateful to him and to everything he did to ease my personal pain.

    ****** took care of my family during our hardest time. He is a fantastic communicator and explained everything required during my father's cremation. ****** was always honest and never preyed on our vulnerabilities during a difficult time. The cremation and the entire process leading up to it was transparent. The price was extremely affordable. He never pressured us to get a more expensive casket or to perform unnecessary and expensive procedures. He was an honest man providing and honest business and ensures you and your family will feel comfortable during the most difficult time.I can only give the highest recommendation for ****** and his service. He will be kind, professional, never up charge you, he will be honest and always respect your decisions.     I am very pleased with the service we received from ApyreNCS. From start to cremation and beyond, the entire process was streamlined and thorough. ****** spoke with us a few weeks before my father passed away, not knowing he was going to pass away that quickly, and guided us step by step through everything. When my father did pass, a representative from ApyreNCS arrived to retrieve my father's body quickly. ****** spoke with us during the next few days detailing where my father's body was going, when he would be cremated, and when we could pick up his ashes. Having never done this before, ****** put our minds at ease through the entire process. We very highly recommend ApyreNCS. Thank you ****** and your wonderful staff !
