    Forgery. They signed in place of a customer to falsify that the work was completed. The work was incomplete. The permit was never filed. They were unresponsive to my concerns.

    Horrible horrible service and impossible to get ahold of the membership team to cancel the membership.Had them out to look at **** repair, there is a $175 dispatch fee, and then when the guy came, he said the dispatch fee is solely for visual inspection, if you need to take ANYTHING apart, it is another $150 to take anything apart. He took apart the **** outdoor unit panel, then pull our thermometer out of the socket, and said the thermometer is burnt out and needs a replacement then proceed to quote us a price of $980 for a thermometer replacement - Honeywell, the thermometer costs maybe $200. And he tried to sell us the membership so that there would be a discount for thermometer down to $750 or so. We paid for the annual membership because the guy was hardselling it, and it was going to be $330 just for him to say our thermometer is burnt out without checking or doing anything else. We refused the thermometer replacement and found out several days later that he left our **** outdoor unit panel completely OPEN and EXPOSED to the element. He did not put the panel back, and it had been raining over those days. If we hadn't gone outside to look at our outdoor unit we would not have found out that it was left open.He also promised to send us an invoice but instead sent us the pictures instead. We called the membership to cancel our membership because we were extremely unhappy about the panel being left open, and the person gave us the runaround by saying the membership desk is currently busy and will call us back. And also she will send us the invoice. But there is 1. no invoice being sent 2. no callback after 3 days even after another call (did not get anyone) and ********* used to be good but after the bought out it is all for profit and a complete SCAM!

    I have used Princeton Air for over 20 years without an issue. Sadly they merged with another company and service is terrible!In Feb I scheduled my ac service for May 6th between 8-12 they called me at 10:30 and said they can't make since someone called in for a repair to their ac. That has never happened before so I believe they no longer keep techs to just handle the bi yearly services or that service techs have left or been let go since the merger. ??

    Princeton Air's sole objective is to rip off unsuspecting citizens especially senior citizens. Princeton Air responds quickly to any inkling of prospective sales that will bring them profit. Their customer service representatives are highly trained to accept calls and refer for sales; however, once there is a problem with the ill-fated product or services provided, they become illusive and very shady. Your call suddenly gets passed around to voicemail with no return calls.The company installed a defective unit since August of last year. Very expensive to install but the unit does not work. No heat since the winter and despite multiple calls there is no resolution. The brand new unit needed part which was placed on back order since November of 2024. No update, no assistance, despite the harsh winter and frequent calls for update and service. A new equipment should not need to be placed on back order for parts that have never been used. The equipment is obviously faulty and should be replaced.This is provenly not a 5 ************* Be aware of their deceptive practices and note that the cheap equipment that they install will create havoc and no assistance when they do not work. Princeton Air needs to live up to their obligation and provide the service they promise to the public.

    P'ton Air's technician ****** ****** on 10/25/24 performed our annual "Gold Plan" checks and preventive maintenance and servicing of our energy-efficient gas furnace and heat pump equipment systems (new equipment installed late in 2023). He did everything, and sent us photos and documents after he finished. Karume was very professional and very friendly -- and gave us as homeowners some helpful hints. Job very well done.

    Have not had a great experience overall since we bought a generator through Princeton Air. Various issues with installation and getting permit. This time it was a service appointment for generator. Technician said the battery needed replacing as it was 4 years old. They only installed the generator 2 years ago! Not impressed. Also we are unable to use the latest Kohler generator App as generator is no longer synced to our wifi, which I was told is something that needs to be done by them. However they could not help with that either.

    Princeton Air technician responded on time. Air conditioning system was not functioning. He quickly repaired and restored the Carrier system. My home was built 2018 by **** Brothers. ******* clearly communicated and insured that I understood what was done.I have been a Princeton Air customer since 1996 and they have been excellent.

    I just can't say anything good about this company. I'm not going to say who I am but the home was managed by Princeton Air before I bought it, which I would later learn was years of problems. After literally decades under their management, the **** system is a train wreck. Part of it is that the house is both oil and electric, so when you call them, they say "we don't do oil" and then point fingers...but that wasn't the half of it. Every time they came, the problems were not fixed, the guy said he hated to come to the house (where they had to go all the time previously for the owner, but nothing was ever fixed), and almost all the time, they look for new things we had to buy. It was bizarre, I felt like I was in a bad movie. The last time before stopped using them, the guy actually said $2k of items were broken when they weren't. I am so furious about these people. We had to change companies ************* and I hope no one ends up with this situation with them - they take advantage of homeowners FOR SURE.
