  Princeton Air has handled our HVAC system since 2015, and has done an excellent job both installing and maintaining, as well as responding to emergency issues that you can't avoid. Very professional and personable folks there, so we highly recommend!

  I've been a Princeton Air customer for more than 15 years. I used to recommend them, but I cannot anymore. I just had a maintnance visit for my AC unit, and the tech did not complete all the maintenace tasks. All he did was check the temps of the supply and return and the pressures. No check of voltages, no check of connections, no saftey inspection, no blower check, nothing. I can't believe I pay for a maintenance contract. Now I know why he didn't review the invoice/job ticket with me - because he didn't do most of the tasks listed!! He even listed measurements that he never took!!! He told me he's been doing this for three years.

  I would leave 0 stars if possible. The level of unprofessionalism, and customer negligence shown by ******************** is really astounding. They came to check on my broken water heater, and Instead of suggesting replacement, I was given the runaround on what I'd covered by the manufacturer warranty. When the technician left after troubleshooting the issue with the water heater, we did not hear from princeton air for 2 weeks, I had to call the EVERYDAY. I was left with no hot water for 2.5 weeks once the technician left ( who apprently is their sole plumber), and ended replacing the entire water heater through another company. I never recieved an apology or any compensation for the literal pain they put me through. Then they had the ***** to send me a bill via mail. Princeton Air is Horrid and I will make sure this word about them gets out there so no one else goes through what I did.

  I am extremely pleased with the service! Was a lil late, but that's ok, I had a problem, it was resolved and quickly too.. Thought it was a thermostat problem, but it was a water collecting in the safety pan, tripping the safety switch. Got it going, everything is ok and he taught me important stuff I didn't know about the **** system I had.I will probably use these people for bi-annual maintenance from now on.The pricing was reasonable.He left his lil magnetic flashlight here though, will gladly give it back.
