      Paid to take the Praxis Spanish Language test and had issues logging in but when I tested my computer a few days prior to the test, it stated all was good. ETS does not make an effort to warn tests takers that when issues arise during test taking; they will not help you and will make you pay again to take a test because they know you need such test and you will do so. When I logged into my ETS account, it said that just because the technology test passed on the day it was tested it doesn't mean it will pass on the day of the test. which pretty much is what happened to me because I had downloaded everything, make sure ****** chrome was up to date; eventhough I do not use ****** Chromo. I was not able to start my test as there were no instructions telling me how to login. I waited for the timer to tell me it was time to start and then I couldn't go anywhere. when I finally got the proctorU to help me, they provided help but could not help me login. I then called and sent emails telling ETS I needed help getting into my test and no help was provided. Instead I had to wait a long time on the phone while my hour to log in run out. The ETS lady on the phone read me the rules stating that I may have to pay again if the investigation resulted that it was my fault for why I couldn't log in. Frustrated and overwhelmed, I wrote an email explaining what happened, to later receive an email telling me that they are keeping my $170 and that I will have to pay again to take my test. My request was denied and now I must pay again to take the test, which I refuse to do so online in fear of entering in panic because of what happened the last time I tried to take it online. My biggest regret is signing up for an online test which we are being forced to do because ETS does not have open testing centers. I tried 5 different locations and were all not open near my area.

      My job is on the line. My administration has been really patient with waiting on my test scores. I took the praxis **** on 06/9/22 and scores were suppose to be posted in my account 07/15/22. I went on my account and my scores were delayed. I called the **************** and told me that my results were under review and that I should expect to see my results a week later. I waited a week, and no results. I called again to find out what the issue was. This time, my scores were released but now I have to wait another week. Im done waiting! I need my official scores NOW! I need to submit my scores to my administrator or else I will have no job!

      This company does not provide equal employment opportunities. The hiring practices are also questionable.

      The scoring leader should have been reprimanded. Instead, HR that was temporarily in *******, **, during the summer, allowed Foxnight to continue harassing employees for 2 different *******. Even when they had medical documentation, they continued to discriminate.

      Set up two tests for PRAXIS and the first failed, a month later and they haven't responded to why it failed or if I can retake the test. Paid to push back the second test, waiting on the first to be rescheduled, and they logged in and spent less than 5 minutes before saying I couldn't take the test and would get an email from support. I called support, ****** and asked what the problem was and was told there was "a program" on the computer that caused the test to fail. I asked what program and he said he couldn't tell me because it could be used to cheat... If the program is being flagged it can't be used to cheat... I asked to escallate and he refused, I asked to reschedule and he refused a voucher. His best suggestion was to not use their system and take the test in person.

      Don't take the test at home. I tried to do that and was not able to take my test. After calling several times with no answers and given new numbers to call, I got an email saying it would be 10 business days. It was not. I had to call again after almost 30 days to be told that there was some software on my computer that shouldn't be running. They would not tell me the name of the software. I ran their program that checked everything on my system and the ******* checked. Now they refuse to give me a voucher to sign up and take the test again.

      Praxis is a scam. They literally stole $100 from me to take a test and was never even able to get to the test. **** **** "supervisor" was trying to give me a run around and changing his story constantly. They shouldnt have anything to do with professional testing.
