Signed up because they said they could save me a few cents per kWh but what they really did is just stockpile debt for 4 months then send me a **** of 125$ on top of the 85$ my electric company charges me. And they said I'm still going to receive at least 2 more 125$ bills. And they won't even tell me what these charges are for. 100% a scam!!!

Utility bills contain invoicing for service/distribution charges and usage/supply charges. the utility charges for service/distribution regardless of who supplies your electricity. If you enroll with a supplier then your usage is supplied at the price you accepted when you enrolled with the supplier. Usage/supply costs are not an additional cost they are the cost of the electricity you used and are charge no matter who supplies your electricity. Choosing a supplier simply allows you to choose a source, term, and price that is different from the default supply price offered by the utility. We take customer reviews and complaints very seriously. Can you please stop sending your employees to promote nrg and different nrg opportunities in ******** They tried signing me up to save on my energy **** multiple times and everytime they tried registering it, there's always a problem. I asked your employee to stop talking to me when passing by, and they insisted that I listen to them after telling them no multiple times. It's disrespectful and annoying to insist on talking to someone when they don't want to keep having the conversation about the same issue.
