I live in ******** where this company has washers and dryers in the basement of the building. Many tenants have complaint about the problem with both washers and dryers that more than a reasonable amount of money is used because the company don't repair the issues with the following. Me personally have called for refunds and of course no answer and no monetary reimbursement. Many tenants choose to do laundry elsewhere but due to health issues, it's difficult for me to do laundry somewhere else, unfortunately. Please attend to this situation. Thank youBusiness Response

The dryers installed in this location are CLEARLY a fraudulent mechanism for this company to artificially bump up line revenue (defrauding investors as well, aka fraud).These dryers take HOURS to dry loads of laundry, requiring a minimum of three runs per. A few weeks back, my clothes took approximately 5 hours to dry. I paid for SEVEN runs, and items were STILL wet. Service has been requested multiple times, and the company does not service these machines, they merely take out money.I contacted Sebco, and the individual, *****, with whom I spoke, LAUGHED about the notion of hard working people being defrauded, and mentioned being very happy to be part of this theft. Disgusting. It would not be surprising to learn Sebco is run as an organized crime front for laundering money and supplying income cover to criminals for tax purposes. I want the dryers repaired, and I want a full refund of every cent Ive paid to this company in the last year. Im sick and tired of cowardly thieves, cheats, grifters and cons.Business Response

factory temperature. ***** gave you a credit on Friday for the 2 dryers for a total of $4.00.
We will extend another $20.00 as a courtesy.

These new washers and dryers were installed in 2024 I have made payment on my debit card over 80 00 dollors. From those ***** I have been able to wash and dry may be 6 times. I am rejecting this response because: one they never left a voicemail on my phone it's a line phone but yes I spoke to ****** and she offer no solution I loaded between October 2024thur December 2024 onto my sebco wash card ***** jn wish there machine charge me but did not provide service I called in October about a refund but got no solution between October and November and December I didn't want to add anymore money to the card know it would be a waste other customer told me to double dip still dryer wouldn't work feels like a slot machine lucky if they wash and dry I did to wash and dry but not my ***** dollars worth like about 6 times

I am reporting fraudulent charging behavior with the Sebco machine at The *********. The machine on my floor has been double-charging for each wash cycle. It deducts $2.25 when I insert the card and then another $2.25 when I press start. I have documented multiple instances of $2.25 being deducted simply by inserting my card, without even starting a cycle.This double charging me has resulted in approximately $150 in unauthorized charges. sebco provides laundry app services through my magic pass app. 3x in 2 weeks app has failed, charged account and either frozen laundry machine or recharged for load. service requests go unanswered through app and information is difficult to come by and rectify.Business Response

Over the course of over a year, I have made at least five calls on various dates to SEBCO regarding issues with the laundry systems in our apartment building. The issues included: washer machine displayed "no H2O" after inserting payment; washer machine filled with water but did not wash or spin clothes. Both issues have occurred more times than I can count to myself and members of my family. As mentioned, at least five calls were made on separate dates to complain and request refunds. The first call resulted in a promise of a check to be mailed out to my address. After a month of no check, I called back. Each call back was handled the same way: they apologized and noted that they saw the refund request in the system, but the check was never mailed out. This issue has been escalated several times and I have still not received a check. At this time SEBCO's washer machines have taken about $50 in incomplete wash cycles from me and my family. Instead of constantly trying to get my money back, I would rather they just fix or replace the machines because aside from the money that has been wasted, my time has been wasted as well.Business Response

I have been contacting Sebco Laundry systems *** regarding the broken machines in the building I live in since June 2022. Specifically, one dryer has not worked since June 2022, They will email me back and say the machine has been fixed so I will use it again and find out it is not fixed after I have lost my money. They are wasting my time and costing me money every time I try to do laundry and they do nothing about it. One of the dryers has been broken for over 2 years. I have sent 3 e-mails to 7 different executives at Sebco regarding my problem. No one has responded to me. Here's the situation:There have been issues for several months with the washers in my building, culminating in a major issue on Tuesday 1/9/24.During summer 2023, I was washing clothes in machine #2 when the cloth belt that goes with 1 of my dresses disappeared in the washer. Several weeks later, after another residents shirt got stuck in the agitator of that machine and a tech had to come out to service it. My belt was found totally wound inside the agitator.Then, a few weeks later, machine #3 spread either indelible grease or mold onto a brand new bath towel, two hand towels, a pair of socks, and a pillowcase. Clothing should not come out of the washer dirtier than when it went in.Then on January 9th, my top bedsheet got completely stuck in the agitator of washer #4. A tech finally came a week later (1/15) after several calls by our super to your company. He was able to release the sheet after taking a hammer to the agitator. The sheet has grease stains and a hole in it, so it is a loss. In addition, that same washer ripped the zipper off of a pillowcase. The super found it underneath the agitator when he initially tried to help release the sheet.Other residents have spoken to me in the laundry room, expressing similar concerns about the machines ability to clean without making the contents dirty and / or damaged.I recognize that the laundry facilities are use at your own risk. However, in the 30 years that Ive been using apartment / communal washers, Ive never seen anything like this. I seek $85 to recoup my costs for purchasing replacement linens due to damage incurred by your machines (new bath towel, two hand towels, a pair of socks, pillowcase, and a set of sheets). More importantly, there is obviously something wrong with the Maytag washers at *********** that needs to be addressed thoroughly.Business Response

My building has a laundry room and SEBCO is the company that provides the washers and dryers. I started doing my laundry at 7am and its now 11:26 am and I still have 2 loads drying ** the washers dont spin all the water out! I spent $4.50 trying to spin water out! I spent $5.25 drying THE SAME LOAD. I reached out to the company previously about the state of the machines and told that it would be looked in to. I also requested a refund in their website to the tune of $25. I only received a measly $3! This company is literally stealing tenants money!
