    ( THEY REPLY TO EVERY BAD COMMENT WITH MORE LIES OR SAY PEOPLE WERE NOT CUSTOMERS. i came to them after being referred with amazing confidence by a lender i thought i could trust. with a 610 credit, gave them $**** upfront in monthly payments. I have since learned it is illegal to take payment for services not rendered. instead of negotiating lower pay off to rid of past dues and fees on cards, i was advised to pay in full, only 1 of 5 was negotiated and it was 75% of what was owed. a lein was closed , and 9 months later, it still isnt off my report and **** wants to do nothing about it. i was turned down for a 6 k loan as i have a 608 score! **** and paying 5 k to pay debt off and i am lower? the husband sent me a bully style letter telling me i had to remove my ****** review, which i refused and then they removed it. ****** DE EMPTOR! search goole and BBB before you choose a credit repair company. DO not pay them untill they prove they did what they promised to repair my credit, and did no such thing. she was a coach to convince me i had to pay it off as she couldn't negotiate them down. wow maybe she needs a new career choice instead of sucking money from poor people and feeding them lie after lie. I have asked numerous times for refund of my $****. small claims is my next step.

    Title: Unfulfilled Promises and Poor Communication from Square One Credit Management Review: I regret to say that my experience with Square One Credit Management was far from satisfactory and I find it difficult to recommend their services. I contracted with them from February 21, 2023, to August 21, 2023, during which time I was pregnant and hoping to resolve some credit issues to facilitate the purchase of a house.My main point of contact was ***********************, and while things seemed to progress smoothly for the majority of the contract period, the communication and service quality took a nosedive towards the end. On August 18, I reached out to change my due date for the month, and on August 21, I was informed that my payments were complete and I would soon receive offers for debt settlements.However, it's now October 15 and I have not received any further communication or the promised debt settlement offers. This lack of follow-through has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. The silence from Square One Credit Management has been disheartening and has significantly hampered my plans to secure a house.In conclusion, I cannot endorse Square One Credit Management due to their unfulfilled promises and poor communication. I advise potential clients to consider these factors before deciding to use their services.
