      Mem was the property manager for our condominium association (*******************************, **) from January 2024 to August 2024. And while I had my own problems with MEM from the very beginning (I can provide email exchanges) resulting in them hanging up the phone on me, and rude email replys, our association also had problems with MEM and fired them. Im now seeking my combined 2024 statement (for tax purposes) that details the parking and common charges that I paid when they were managing the property. I have emailed Mr. ****** *. ********, President/CEO *********************************************** multiple times and he refuses to acknowledge, reply and email the requested data that is owned by *********************. Please provide assistance in obtaining this document.

      Im sorry youre having this problem. We are no longer the management company for your association but rest assured we did give all the documents to your new management company so Im not sure why youre getting what youre asking for so again Im very sorry, but theres nothing more I can do with this.

      I hope this email finds you well.
      I was finally able to get the data that I needed from Preferred Management but please know that mem refused to provide the data when they had it.  And they most likely still have the data in their system which I do not believe is legal.
      Please find below what ******** *****, ***Founder, Vice President, Associate Manager of Preferred Management (now our current management company) had to say about mem.
      *****, to be honest, they have the data on their computers. I will ask my staff to see if they gave a detail of January through August 2024 for each unit. I do not believe they did, as I only saw a report of credits and balances as of 8.31.24. They are just despicable, and it was a challenge to get the files we were "finally "given.
      Please kindly put a nice comment on Yelp if you may, I never ever ask this, but I think MEM has fake people praise them, and maybe I am crazy but I think at times he pays people to say things about us on line, he has a vindictive side of him.
      Please include this in the file.
      I hope this helps the BBB and anyone that is considering hiring mem.

      MEM property management is committed to providing maintenance and upkeep of premises at ******************* in *********, ** as a property manager. I have no issues with the results. My concern is that I received mail that stated that dues owed to the property management company have not been paid and that due to the nature of what I owe the account is in collections.At NO time was I made aware that I owed back dues and have received NO notification that I had a delinquent balance. I called MEM property management who stated that delinquent notices were sent in the mail monthly, which is absolutely false. I check my mail daily and know for a fact that no such notice was delivered to me. If I truly have a balance I will be happy to pay it but I refuse to pay collections and attorneys fees for dues that I was not made aware I was delinquent on.I have made several calls and emails to MEM property management for copies of the monthly delinquent letters that ***** at MEM stated I was sent. I have not received any items I requested nor any follow *** from *********************, to whom my issue was escalated to. In my opinion, whether purposeful or not, MEM property management company has been negligent in its reporting duties and I have suffered as a result of it.

      This matter is in collections with the associations attorney I cant comment nor can I help in this matter. They need to follow the procedures and respond to the attorney whom had reached out to them for collections of unpaid maintenance fees.

      While I understand the account is in collections I dont accept the resolution because my request to MEM property management has yet to be resolved. Please provide proof that I was sent monthly delinquent notices. If proof is obtained I will be happy to pay the outstanding balance.

      This "collection" matter is in the hands of the Association's lawyer, please contract them direclty, since this matter isno longer handled by this office

      MEM property management company was contracted to provide management services for our ********************** (HOA) beginning in November 2018. During this period MEM without our permission of the Board took monies from our account in the amount of $14,700.00. Initially they refused to acknowledge that this had occurred. We ended our contract with MEM and requested the copy of our cumulative ledger for 2021 audit completion. They have not provided this document even though they have been paid up to date in accordance with our contractual agreement though the attorneys. We strongly do not recommend this management company . Greenwich *********** of Trustees. *********************** Treasurer

      This matter it's being handled through the court system specifically, Superior Court of **********. This is a breach of contract dispute (mem vs. Greenwich Chase, individually *********************** et al.) mem property management has legal representation therefore this matter cannot be discussed or views expressed. 

      I suggest said complainant speak to their legal advisor.
