1 starRun. Stay away from this company. I recently posted my review on their website regarding their management of our condos. The owner in turn wrote a slanderous posting statiing that I was in collections which I wasn't. Unfortunately, I had to remove the posting. posting. I never was nor have i ever been in collections. This is how they resolve issues. Don't do business woth this company.Review fromHector M. M

1 starI Have to totally agreed with ******************** comments Their accounting service department t is one of the worst I ever had to deal with!!!!I had sent my payments for some special assessment three weeks in advance the due date and they claim the check was never received and they had the nerve to send me a letter threating me with suspending my parking privileges!!!!!when the money was already in their account!!!???? There were two payments the first as the one above, but the second was even worse, because it was the same situation, and I was advised by one of the accounting members to send it by electronic payment which I did since the second payment was considered lost???? Finally, they had deposited my last two payments and to get my over payment back after I made several phone calls it took them more than a month to reimburse my over payment Very disappointed with this ridiculous nonsense!!!!????Review fromDominick F

Been begging this company for several months to fix my front post its been over a year with constantly monthly reminders and weekly even i keep getting told the job is pending.... mean while this is what the support structure of my house looks like. Never had such a propert management company so misguided and confused.

Dishonest, vindictive to name a few. I have been verbally assaulted and spoken down to by **********************************They either supposedly dont receive my check or they supposedly receive it late, this is to incur fees. Moving forward, I will send all checks certified. I sent my December *************** 2.5 weeks ago. I called to see why it didnt clear today 12/28/23 ***** said they never received itAlso, when ever I have had to call , it appears one voice plays all roles?
