Samsung is a company that I will never purchase from again. A recent ******* offer awarded a free 43 *********** I was excited to receive this Samsung product as a ***lacement for an old TV as we moved into a new home. The TV was ordered May 12th, shipped immediately, and arrived three days later. The box had a slight indentation on its sidewhen I opened the box and slid the TV out, broken glass from a shattered screen cut into my right thumb. The TV screen had three impact points, around the size of my fist, with the left side of the screen separating from the back ******** looked as if it had been beaten up, put back into the box, shipped back to Samsung, and placed back into their warehouse without inspection. The TV was a ****** called customer service, thinking it would be a simple return and ***lace situation. That has not been my experience. I was told to wait until an injury claim could be processed. They sent a service tech to my home the Friday after I initially received the TV. He saw that the TV was broken, called Samsung to ***ort what he saw, was told they couldnt fix itwhich was never an option in the first placeand told me to wait for a call prompting me to return the TV. I waited until the 26th, two days before the return shipping label expired, to call Samsung yet again. The customer care *** was excellent, and advised me to return the TV. It was mailed Sunday May **********, July 5th, I messaged customer support again to ask whether they had received the TV. The response was a generic response urging me to use the return label to return the TV.This process has been the worst return and ***lace process I have dealt with in my life. A company this large should not have this much trouble organizing their logistics to correct an order which arrived broken and injured a customer (however small this injury was). I am abysmally dissatisfied with this company.

Screen defect after less than 4 years no help from Samsung I purchased a Samsung 8K ******* for nearly $2,500, expecting top-tier quality. Less than 4 years later, the screen started peeling from the edge a clear manufacturing defect. I contacted Samsung through ********, ********, and Messenger with video/photo proof, and all they offered was a paid repair.I own only Samsung devices and always trusted the brand. But now I feel completely let down.Even if the warranty is over, such a defect in a premium product is unacceptable. Samsung refuses to take any responsibility. Extremely disappointed.

Will never buy another Samsung product. Ive had this tv less than two years and the screen suddenly went black. *** bought all new cable stuff, new cord, etc. did not fix the problem. I call Samsung tv support and the *** told me that this is a common issue for their tvs and the price to have a tech starts at $200. There was no fix for it unless a tech comes out and even then there is no promise that it will get fixed. So potentially it could cost more to fix it then to get another tv that is NOT Samsung. Will not buy again.

Just bought the Samsung Watch 7 from Best Buy. Traded in my old Garmin watch for a credit but because I didn't directly buy the watch 7 from Samsung I can't get my trade in watch back that all the sudden didn't meet they're requirements. So the trade in event was a lie so you would buy the new Watch 7. This entire experience makes me want to switch to ***** products.

Purchase a Samsung refrigerator model number RF28HMEDBSR/AA, four-door French been defective in the icemaker department since 2016. We have to defrost the icemaker area every other week because of the blocks of ice that form on the Part. It is not a warranty issue. Its a well-known defect, especially because a class action lawsuit was filed against Samsung for this exact model and refrigerator icemaker. I called in today to see if they would help me since Ive played around with this icemaker for years had service men out replaced it and now I get zero ice. They told me I am out of warranty and I can just Pay for service man and parts. I refuse. This is a known defect. This is their problem, not my problem. They act like they manufactured a product that had no issues. Yet, theres a ******** page with ****** people that are upset about Samsung and their lack of care for the Consumer. They built a lemon, they know its a lemon and they refuse to help in anyway to make my product functional with ice. I would urge everyone not to buy a Samsung refrigerator. They have no business being in the refrigeration business. They do not stand behind their product. They had no concern for me defrosting a refrigerator Ice maker I bought from them every other week. They pretend under the veil of a lawsuit that they cannot discuss the class action against them. I would hope that the Better Business Bureau would rate their company due to inferior product, inferior ***************** and pretending that they know nothing about a huge defect that everyone has experienced in this and other refrigerators with the same style. I cannot give them one star.

Worst experience I ever had. Refused to deliver my appliance after they tried and said it wouldnt fit when I already have a washer downstairs. They was rude and ignorant. They then refused to deliver my appliance all together. They canceled my order without my consent. Never again will I buy another Samsung product

I purchased a Samsung sound bar subwoofer from Best Buy, back in February 2025. The sound bar worked fine then out of know where in May 2025 the subwoofer stop working. I did everything to trouble shoot it, I even went on you tube to try and fix the problem, the subwoofer still not work, I contacted Samsung chat spoke to the agent gave her the model number for both the sound bar and subwoofer, I was told I had the wrong subwoofer, I called best buy and I was told to take it back to the store. Best said its not there problem take it up with Samsung, as I said Samsung said I was outside the return window period. I ask for a replacement and I was told in 48 hours they would come up with a decision to address the issue. Its been three weeks later and I still did not hear back from Samsung with a decision. I have the box and purchase receit and all original equipment. I would like the equipment to be replaced since I was sold the wrong product

I have the **** duel washer machine. I love it. I keep it shined up. It is a beautiful machine. Cleans my cloths too :-) Not used a lot as I am single and live alone however the bearings just failed and when it spins it makes a loud high pitch grinding noise. I have searched for the bearing and seal kit and no one in the ** has it. Even Samsung's (Encompass) parts ***** does not have it but instead sell the entire rear part of the drum with bearings and it cost $450!!! Bearings run $20 to $70. With labor the repair folks charge $800! I can do it myself if I can buy the bearings. Samsung is forcing us to buy way more than I need to fix it. Keep this in mind on your next Washing Machine purchase. ********* has every part for their machines available at very reasonable prices. It Samsung can resolve this I will continue to buy their products. My TV, phone, fridge are all Samsung however if this is not able to be corrected Whirlpool with be my appliance purchase including this wash machine I need to purchase now since the **** washer would be $800+.Hope knowing this about their washing machines help you with your purchase.

I wish I wouldve read these reviews before making a purchase, this whole company is a joke and the employees are liars and give you the run around about every freaking question you ask or theyll just lie to you to get you off the phone. Absolutely disgusting behavior from such a big company especially when all of their items are so expensive. Do not waste your time or money.

I dont know where to start as I purchased a Samsung Fridge for over $2k and the ice maker never worked. Two days (5/22/25) after being delivered (5/20) , I noticed the ice machine wasnt working. I quickly contacted Lowes where I purchased it from. They gave me the Samsung number to text to speak with someone. They had me reset the ice maker to no avail. Its now 6.24 and over two handfuls of calls (not including going back & forth to Lowes) and I still Dont have any results. I was told that someone with their upper team would contact me. Still no context made. I have a broken fridge and no one cares. We purchased ice and put in the trays that the ice maker should dump Into. Well, that ice melted and is stuck in those trays. They keep telling me to reset, reset!!!! It doesnt work and nobody wants to do the right thing! I guess consumers dont matter anymore. Help!!!! Ive spent my hard earned money, but havent received what I paid for. I even purchased the extended warranty which seeks to be a waste!!!
