      I recently got caught up in a promotion through ******* where I could get a free Samsung TV. I followed all the steps and the first tv arrived damaged. I sent it back. Samsung and ******* got on the phone with me and argued for a long time. ******* gave me credit points in lieu of a tv. Samsung would not make good for their offer. In fact, they were out of television sets! Sound like bait and switch to me!

      I went on the Samsung website. Place an order ******* dryer but somehow it did not work. And so I contacted customer service to help me to put it through they took over the order order. for me, but they order a electric dryer instead of a gas dryer, and they would not X, change it for me. A few months later, I tried and tried be careful with Samsung?

      Samsung phone used to be a good product, but something has happened to them. I got a message about an update available; did as they directed; something in their update messed up my phone BADLY. It locked my phone with the error message. I tried a variety of things (usually suggested methods) to no avail. I chatted with Samsung about the problem and they kind of dismissed me. They suggested that I do the steps already performed, so I did to let them know that it still did not work. They recommended a repair shop, but they said that they couldnt do it and that perhaps I send it to their corporate office as they had better ways of trying to restore/ recover my phone. I got an estimate that was outrageous. My phone is a few years old, but I believe that they should be responsible for at least some of the cost. I took it to another store and they stated that it looked as if the update fried something and therefore made so that it could NOT be repaired, even to factory reset. Be careful.

      Bought a brand new washer from Samsung!! Was broken within 10 days!! Called Samsung customer service so many times!! Even after 4 weeks they still not resolved the issue and keep sending this msg to tell me i have to fill this form and the link is not even opening!! *********** customer service!!

      I sent in phone for repair in April and was promised a refund after several attempts to repair. Now I've been given the same excuse that some department hasn't approve the refund.

      Purchased one of their Bespoke front load washers. It had to be serviced within 2 months under warranty. Now I have a washer that is leaking water and transmission fluid that is 3 months outside of factory warranty that I have to pay to repair. There are tons of other users experiencing similar issues with this series of washers showing a significant set of issues that Samsung is aware of. My last Samsung washer lasted 9 years without significant issues. 2 months vs. 9 years is a significant drop in quality. I ask that Samsung make this right. One shouldn't need to pay an extra $200 to ensure $1,100 washer functions throughout the normal service life. This to me demonstrates that Samsung knows their washer's have issues.

      Do not buy Samsung appliances, washer/dryer machines, or TVs. We have spent $10,000 on a full kitchen appliance set, (also planned to buy their oven/microwave combo but I will NEVER purchase another Samsung appliance again) washer and dryer, and a 75" QLED 8K QN900B. It started with our washing machine going out literally 2 months after warranty expired. Both mother boards went out and the Samsung repair recommended (they wouldn't send some one cause again 2 months out of warranty) was an $800 repair! I could buy a new washer for that price so that's what I did. (Bought speed queen next, it's amazing!) 4 months later out TV went goes out of warranty, unfortunately it had a one year warranty so yet again not covered since we bought it two years ago. The quote to repair the tv is $1,039.11 if all parts are needed. We are only repairing the tv because it's a $5,000 TV we have had for TWO YEARS!! My Sanyo I got 10 years ago is kicking strong and I've dropped it multiple times in moves. We have only have our kitchen appliances for a year so I'm dreading the 2 year **** on those cause that seems to be the life span of these appliances. I'm so disappointed as someone in their 20s who trusted this company and furnished basically their entire house with Samsung. I feel very taken advantage of and will NEVER buy Samsung again.

      Do not buy any house appliances from this company. Cheap junk and warranty claims give you the run around until you just give up. Waisted 2800$ on brand new refrigerator and didnt last 2 months. Countless hours on phone calls with warranty people with no results.

      Never purchase from Samsung. I ordered a refrigerator. It arrived damaged and I reported it immediately. It has been over 2 weeks now and after constantly asking for updates on my replacement, they're now saying the window is closed for a replacement. This is ridiculous

      Samsung doesn't abide by their own warranty. My stove was a 2017, which they clearly state through email that the busted stove top while cooking was covered. Then a day before the ServiceQuick (who Samsung uses to repair appliances) professionals is scheduled to come out and fix stove-top, Samsung closes my service ticket claiming the part is unavailable. Whereas I have emails from ServiceQuick that state they are ordering the part and will call me when it arrives at their location. I had to go out and buy another stove! Definitely won't be purchasing ANYTHING Samsung makes! Would love to share the proof I have with someone who can make a difference. Is this company ********** warranty claims? Tax fraud?
