I hired the moving company for an out of state move from ********** to ******** in February 2024, and some of my items arrived damaged. I reached out 3 times for a resolve or direction on how to file a claim and no one has responded.

Contacted Northern Worldwide *** Lines. Received a quote of $16,800 for a move from West ***** to ****** metro. Was led to believe this was an all in quote for packing, materials, transport, unloading, and setting up the beds. A few days later, ******* reached out and offered a $500 discount if we signed. I signed and paid deposit. This discount further made me believe this was an all in cost. When the truck arrived, I paid the remaining half plus tip and fee. No issues. The next day, I was asked for thousands of dollars once my belongings were on the truck in their possession.I tried submitting all of the above info to NWVL that setup the move to absolutely no response by email, through the website, or phone calls. I finally left a negative ****** review, and was immediately contacted by someone who said he was an independent mediator from a division of the *** for these types of disputes and hed be happy to take my case if Id take down the negative ****** review. I checked his website and asked the *** about him. *** had never heard of him, and the website was very poorly built. A few days later, that person stopped responding, and the website was taken offline entirely. This person I now know works for NWVL, and he is the person who is being escalated to deal with my comlaint. They still have not responded to any phone calls, emails, or website submissions.Bottom line - I believe I was and have been attempted to be repeatedly scammed by the broker, and as a result, I spent $4400 more than I had budgeted, and that price did not come until ****** had all my belongings in their possession. In addition, I have $3000 of broken items because Condor did a very shoddy job packing (pictures available upon request).Running out of space, but the truck attempted to arrive in ** the wrong day, was two days late to *** and there are more details about the fraudulent website and email that were setup to get me to take down the negative ****** review.
