      *********************** is a very congenial person. His presentation was concise and to the point. I feel he allowed himself to get off the subject. This he corrected quickly and returned to subject matter at hand.

      Very poor customer service and send out unqualified service technicians.I would not recommend them to anyone. Installed wrong ac unit still trying to get supervisor to call me .Technician couldnt wire ac unit right took 2 days and 5 fuses blown out from wires hooked up wrong .also blew out capacitor on the new unit. Still waiting to hear from Liberty Home Guard
