      Today (7/29/2022) - I happened to talk to Liberty Home Guard ************ ****** about my issue. He was one fabulous customer service representative!! He was very calm. He took the time to listen to me patiently. He was extremely helpful. He tried resolving the issue as soon as he could. He was just wonderful and because of him, I think I wouldn't be leaving LHG anytime soon. He explained things as much as he could. He escalated the issues quickly too which was beyond his "pay grade". LHG called and resolved the issue very quickly. They explained all the matters "matter of fact" **** It turned out I did not understand the issue at hand. I could not thank LHG and **************** in particular enough. Hooray to ****** E and LHG!! THANK YOU and sorry that I did not understand the invoice.

      *****************************, my sales agent, is a rock star. He helped get my home signed up for a policy, asked me several questions about my background and found me some great discounts. I signed a long term deal and am looking forward to a lot of peace of mind over my home.

      *********, my customer service specialist, was very thorough and informative when purchasing my policy, and he offered me multiple discounts as well as reviewed everything in detail to make sure I understood the policy before purchasing. As I just purchased the policy today, I cannot review service request handling yet, but the purchase process was easy and smooth.
