- They do not charge your credit card until the work has been completed by their live technical support expert. Once the work is completed there is a 7 day guarantee on the work that was completed. If your original problem returns you may contact them within seven days and they will look at your PC and attempt to fix the original problem. If you feel that you simply want a refund then they will refund your original charge to you any time within the seven day period no questions asked. You will never have to contact your credit card company to dispute a charge. Simply contact Boxaid and they will promptly refund you your original charge.
