    We contracted ****************** in January 2023, after my brothers death for the probate process. I have contacted *************** and my calls do not get returned. it is currently April 2023 ****** has not filed anything in the county probate court (I called and asked where is the process and the clerk confirmed no filing), while my senior parents who are the ones taking over the estate or being charged. We have communicated with Mr. ****************** various times and he ditches our calls. Would I recommend Mr. ******************? No I would not. In fact, I have filed grievances against him at the ***** and ***************************** **************** charged full retainer fee upfront does not reply to phone calls contracted for job or has been verified by work system where he was supposed to have executed the probate process. Mr. ****************** does not reply to any of our calls.

    The firm charged the client only a partial initial retainer, representing approximately 3 hours worth of work. The Client together with her daughter, engaged the firm in excessive initial conversations and follow-up discussions. At times what was explained to *** had to then be explained to daughter and **** versa. The necessary documents required by the firm where being provided by client piecemeal and at a trickle. Furthermore, the Client could not or would immediately disclose the entire extent of the estate, necessitating additional follow-*** and requiring that disclosures and supporting affidavits be changed in form and in content. The client now desires a refund. Unfortunately, the client has chosen to harass and bully the firm into refunding the retainer instead of requesting the refund in a direct and reasonable manner. The Client has posted multiple negative and slanderous reviews on multiple platforms, and has posted and reposted complaints on message boards, such as this one. Clients actions in requesting the refund are akin to a patron at a restaurant, who, dissatisfied with her meal, proceeds to smash the dishes and furniture, and only then turns to the restaurateur with a request for a refund. The firm will consider any reasonable request for a refund, and furnish a refund representing all of some of the retainer paid, provided that negative and slanderous material is remedied and removed by the client.
