    I believe Mr ****************** is a dishonest unreliable & unethical person & think hes exhibited very bizarre behavior after my submitting a $2150 retainer to him to do a trust.After receipt I never heard from him so after the 3rd full business day came & went I emailed & called him as he has several reviews (including one on this BBB platform) stating that after payment he just disappeared I also left a review to which he sinisterly replied he had no idea who I was (I assume for other readers to to make it look like all his bad reviews are mistakes) but he left that reply the exact same hour he emailed me about the same review threatening to sue me for slander if I dont remove it & further trying to extort me that he will not refund me unless I also write a letter saying Ill not leave any more reviews. He also terminated our contract saying Im disturbed & all the people who left bad reviews that he robbed them were disturbed too.Unfortunately for Mr ******************, despite his ignorance of 1A law, Im not.I informed him slander is spoken not written, & my review isnt liable (the tort I assume he meant) & that its against the law to threaten someone to remove a review but let him know hes welcome to sue ******* not removing my review. He also refuses to send me my file.His **************** gets more bizarre..In response to learning its illegal to threaten to remove a review or extort youll keep their money unless they promise in writing not to leave a bad review he asked where to refund me despite knowing exactly how to refund it, then again again never refunded it.I left a review on a lawyer platform which for some reason just posted last night to which again he suspiciously sent another email saying hes waiting for me to tell him where to return it, I assume to lay down a defense to move the court away from the evidence against him should I sue in small ********* I sent him a zelle request, to which of course he never returned it again.
