  I had spoke with *** regarding 4 catalytic converters that i wanted a quote from. I sent pictures, my information, everything they asked for. They asked for serial numbers, i sent serial number for two that came from the aftermarket, there was no serial number on the *** ********************** converters, which is common for that year. When they received them i was offered less than half of the quote. I received a text message and video of the converters. I called due to the confusion of how it went from around $300 to $40. ***** was the person I spoke too. I was trying ti hnderstand what the issue was. I was polite, asking questions and he was very abrasive and would not even let me soeak my concerns. I explained that I was confused and he went on to say there was nothing in it, look at the video, i tried but he was so rude and lacked attention skills that i finally asked to soeak to *** who was who I had dealt with. He told me he would give me $20 and they normally never pay more than $15. Which is unusual because i know it wasnt out of the hoodness of his heart, this is all business. If it was only worth $15 why would ge offer $20. I asked for *** again as I knew this guys personality is to talk fast and try to get his way. *** was out hntil tomorrow. So maybe I can get a call from someone who can actually have a conversation about it. As for my experience at this point, I have to assume its a scam. Absolutely uncalled for and there can be a civil discussion regarding this, however ***** is unable to have that. Very disappointed and others should be aware.
