Submitted multiple quote requests for a VW catalytic converter and haven't heard anything. It says on thier website that you can get a quote in 1 - 3 business hours but I haven't heard anything in 2 weeks. Maybe the price quote thing on their website doesn't work ?? I guess I'll try to text them for a quote but If i don't hear anything I'm leaving another bad review.

Submitted pictures and information through their website on 12/15 and again on 12/22 when no response was received from the first submission. Additionally submitted the same information on 12/22 through the quote link on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) site. I finally received an email later that day from them requesting pictures and the email stated: “Please allow us 3-5 business hours to reply to your request”. I responded to the email later that same day with the same information as the previous three times. I waited since it was during the holidays. I followed up with an email on 12/27 asking for an update on my previous email response. To date, I have not heard anything. I have been receiving their promotional emails on a regular basis though.
My experience with RRCats.com has not been positive. I submitted my information four times (twice through their website, once through the BBB link, once in a direct response to their email) and followed up with an email for an update on my quote request and I have not received a quote. Their email stated a reply within hours, it has been weeks and still no quote. I am no longer interested in doing business with this company. That has been my experience.

After reviewing our communications with our team, when you originally contacted us on 12/22, we requested the necessary information to provide a quote. When you replied on 12/22, it was after hours, and our office was closed for the holiday.When we returned to the office (when we opened) on 12/27, we responded to you at 8 am EST with your quote amount. It seemed your next response asked for a quote, and it didn't come through for some reason. So, our team again sent another quote to your email the same day. Perhaps it was lost in spam.We're sorry it seems like with the interruption of the holiday and miscommunications (via email), we could not connect.
