    I want to give 0 stars. I bought a $5000+ bed that I was more than looking forward to sleeping in after 12+ hours of moving my entire house. I received a delivery window of 2pm-5pm. As I was getting my moving truck loaded up at my previous address, I checked my phone close to the opening of the delivery window and saw that I had a missed call and message from them 30 minutes or so prior. I called back to see if there was an issue with delivery and they said they were there at my apartment waiting. It was long before my delivery time that they had been there (they cited that the previous person had canceled....that's not my issue) I let them know that I would finish bringing down what I had in my hands at that moment and head right over there and they said they could give me 20minutes (even though I had a 3 hour delivery window). I stopped in the middle of loading the truck to rush over and called as I was pulling up at 2:22pm and they said that they had left! They were very rude and irreverent and had zero concern for the fact that my delivery window was in fact still open. They hung up on me and when I tried calling back several times, they blocked my number so that it went straight to voicemail! I have not gotten any communications from them to reschedule and they aren't open on the weekends so I'll have to spend 3+ days sleeping on a loveseat. I had to spend more money on my U-Haul truck since I left from packing up early to meet them. I'm so frustrated and disappointed with the "service".

    Team's are required to provide a 30 min pre-call when they are on their way. If the team arrives prior to the given time window and customer is not able to accept prior to start of window, the time is required to remain on site 15 min into the time window. After this 15 min has passed, teams are to move on to the next delivery if customer does not arrive. Per the customer's statement, the team did everything they were suppose to do on 6/1. The customer was not home during the start of their time window. Re-delivery has since been completed to customer on 6/5.
