    i have a 203 rehab loan i gave ******** deposit 33 days the first day they showed up at 11;30 they worked on plumbing which i told them not to do it was an extra no change order just letting me know it would be more money , then they removed a door and install what was to look like a window looks like a screen door with no handle ******* then they installed underlayment and refused to install the correct amount of fasteners 6 common nails like every 18" or so then i was told leveling floors was extra ? i said i wasnt going to pay extra for something that was exsisting when the job was looked at the floors were shot and the right side of the home sunk down about an inch you could feel the tilt when you walked on it i was told this would be more money the same day they dumped leveler in 2 rooms 4 places into the walls vents and basement over the unfastened underlayment i was then charged extra again no amount no change order this company did buy base cabinets and plywood they did about ******* in material and labor if i am being kind ,, he then terminated his contract and left my job i cannot find another contracter because i only have 15k left for project because ***** charged me 10k offered me ******* back on 11k i was to be in my new home on 2/3/23 this guy is a criminal ,
