    Knew I had made the right choice when they came to give me an estimate and gave me some suggestions I appreciated. Very courteous and helpful. I had flooring done, new shower door, some painting and miscellaneous handyman projects. The crew that did the work were amazing. Everything was done beautifully, timely and at a reasonable price. Will definately use again for my next project.

    Staff is nice but scheduling is awful and unreliable. Took 5 months to complete smaller tasks due to cancellations and delays. Work appears satisfactory but sloppy. ***** does not do the work himself. Between *****, scheduler, and staff they do not communicate customer concerns amongst each other. Seem willing to take on projects without looking into them.

    I am not sure why you had an issue with one employee not speaking fluent English. We were out twice to install your 3 garage racks and each time we had at least one employee that spoke fluent English. Our scheduling was difficult because you could only get the work done on either a Monday or a Friday. In addition, we had to first come out for a visit to determine where you wanted the racks installed so you could remove the many items stored in those areas which had to be removed before the installation. We scheduled that appointment only to have to reschedule per your email because of severe weather. Upon our arrival to assemble the 4x8 foot platform, you failed to clear the garage as you stated that you would. My employees had to assemble the rack outside. The platform storage lifter had very vague instructions. Per the many online reviews of the product most people found the instructions incomplete and vague as well. The unit needed to be assembled and then attached to the garage ceiling studs. It was difficult to find the studs because the garage ceiling was painted. We did make some small s**** holes in the ceiling that were 1/8" but our worker did explain the you that we would be back to spackle them when we returned to install the kayak lifters. It then took you another 45 minutes for you to sync your phone to the device. You told our employees that everything was fine. After the installation you contacted us for a discount, which we agreed to. For the second visit we spackled the extra holes and installed the additional two kayak lifters. Although you said you would mail a payment for the initial 4x8 platform rack, no payment has been made thus far.

    Customer had not cleared out his garage and that added to the time my employees took to assemble the garage rack. This is a business where I estimate the projects and my 3 crews of 6 employees do the work. I have never represented that I will do the work myself.
