    we bought a car from this dealer as is . before we got half half a block away the air bag light was on. we called the salesman and he said they would take of it . I Told they could have the car back. they checked the car out and ordered the part. they said they would call when they had it. well no call .. we called today now they said the part is $800 which they would give me for $500. I worked for this company for 30 years. Now you see why I didn't buy my first car from them.

    this is the only means of transportation

     

     we have so I repaired thee air bag I couldn't let my wife drive an unsafe car.  all we wanted was the price of the part. How can a company sell an unsafe vehicle unless stated as unsafe.  now they'll take the car back aftter I repaired it.

    You bought the car "AS-IS", you signed documents stating that fact. Your requested, that you would like to return the vehicle and refund you back, we acknowledge that we would do so. So it is a little confusing that you did work to the vehicle as we complied to your request.

    We bought a Toyota Used Certified Vehicle in December of 2022 for cash. After countless phone calls and messages, we have yet to receive our title. They claim that they accidentally put a lien against our car despite having paid for this vehicle in cash. It is now April and I still do not have my title.

    New car purchase 12/29/2022 by my 81 year old mother in law. Dealership still has not provided registration for the vehicle. Dealership will not respond to phone calls or text messages and has cut off all communication. Only provided 30 day temporary tag at time of purchase. Dealership brushed off complaint and said if she received a ticket that they would pay for ticket. This is not an appropriate response for their failure to comply with their contract. PLEASE HELP!

    I have called this establishment over 12 times with no response. My car has been dropped off for service for 30 days now. Each time I call, their receptionist is rude and transfers me to no one. I call back, they screen my calls, and no one responds. I feel they are discriminating against me as my husband never gets this type of treatment. I wish not to pay for the remainder of service and for them to stop holding my vehicle hostage after my insurance company stated my vehicle was done. They got their money from my insurance company but refuse to respond to me about my vehicle. This has been atrocious service and highly disappointing after leasing cars for over 6 years with them.

    At the time of the complaint made contact was made with the customer and advised her that her vehicle repairs are not complete. Her vehicle was in for an insurance repair and there is currently an open supplement that is waiting for inspection from the insurance company. The inspection was scheduled for 1/18/2023. At this time the insurance has paid the supplement and the customer has the car.

    I am rejecting this response because: I received a car that was not test driven and still had issues. There were significant scratches on the same side it was repaired on, I had to take it back because there were materials hanging from the wheel well, and it was returned with the tire pressure light on and an oil change needed. After 3 months of having my car, the dealership did not do its due diligence by me with repair or customer service. I had to contact them over thirty times during this process. It has caused undo stress and money.
