    This should be NO Stars. *********************** and this company should not be allowed to operate. They are thieves. They stole many items from me with terrible service to boot. They need to be brought to justice.

    I have done many local moves and 6 multi-state moves over the course of my life and this mover was without a doubt the WORST I ever encountered. Each time I talked to them they jacked up my price further right up to the very end - the closer you are to moving day the less leverage you have because you can't get anyone else on that short notice. I paid them to pack my whole house . They came with nothing smaller than wardrobe boxes and dish packs to pack everything, didn't label a single box, didn't wrap anything, dumped contents of all dresser and other drawers into the boxes, snapped an antique secretary desk in half picking it up with so little care it's a miracle it wasn't destroyed. I arrived at the house the day they were due to pull in. The truck arrived about 10PM in sub-freezing weather, propped open both doors of the house and then spent the next 2 hours unloading the truck into my driveway and onto my lawn. I finally had to say you need to get things into the house and then all h*** broke loose. I had wardrobes and dishpacks stacked up to the ceiling, mattresses still in the plastic bags laying on the floor, nothing assembled like beds etc. Furniture had been slid off the bumper of the truck with nothing to protect it from being gauged and scratched. They left and said they'd be back the next day. They weren't - they were long gone. Called *********** got local help to at least set up beds etc. Lasted over several days, different people every day & then they'd leave with some BS excuse saying ENRG told them to leave and ENRG claimed the guys called them & said there was nothing more to do. They kept my dollies and hand truck & never returned them. They left me all their crappy moving quilts that I had to pay someone else to remove. I landed in the hospital 2 wks later with pneumonia and had to hire people to do the rest of the unpacking for me. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE RIP OFF! I would never ever take a chance on jokers like this again.
