      Mr. ******** ****** was an excellent tech, very knowledgeable, courteous, and took care of our problem very fast. I would recommend Mr. ******** to anyone!

      ********. Has a new AC unit installed. A week later it wasnt cooling my home. It took three additional techs to come out and locate a leak. I also noticed today they have loose wires hanging on the outside unit and they have bolts/ nuts laying next to the unit that they never put back on . Made a call again and then they send me to a voicemail . At this point I should Probably try to fix it myself. Do NOT recommend.

      **** was very thorough with checking out my air very nice and patient with me asking questions and I will recommend him to anyone that needs service or check up on their air and I will definitely want him to come out again when I need service checkup again .

      Charged $785 for a $25 capacitor install . 20 minutes . 4 screws on cover plate and 1 on clamp.

      New furnace needed and old one removed called **m and sent someone out to talk to me This stems back to NOV 9 2024and it is now 4/325. an *** came to talk to me next day as to what I wanted done signed my name ON **** I THOUGHT IT WAS AN OK to start the job He never told me the **st so I asked. Between 8-10,000$ but **uldnt tell me exactly .Next day techs came removed old furnace. Asked me did I want an oil heater again or gas. I didnt know so he said oil is going up to 6$/gal so I said gas. I did have a gas line on the street already have gas stove. They did not tell me gas would be more expensive to put in. UPON COMPLETION gave me the bill to sign and it was 22,375$. So twice as much The tech quickly shoved a paper over to me and said sign this we even have a loan ** we work with .. **** was not itemized as to labor etc Since then I have called the ** sooo many times and they dont get back to me Im an 89 yr old woman living alone and on fixed in**me Also the basement was left a mess nothing put back. They left a huge hole in the stuc** outside when they took the oil heater out. They finally sent two men out to evaluate the **mplaints. I have not heard from anyone so called the Com again and that afternoon a supervisor called but **uldnt get to phone quick enough as Im disabled. Called the number back and he never returned my call. He did say he just got my message from the *** so he knew what the **mplaints were. I have never dealt with a **mpany like this that after an exuberant *** of money which I wasnt aware of ,or I wouldnt have had them do the job Iwill report this to the BBB as you cant treat customers like this .THE ENTIRE COMPANY RUNS. VERY POORLY I still have the whole in the outside stuc** wall and its getting worse from the rain etc. Areal eye sore . SEEMS no one cares. They got their money. ***. HADDON TWP,N J

      This whole process was great!! Making an appointment was easy, tech called before coming to my house. When he got there he walked me through what was going on. He gave me 5 options to choose from. I choose to do some of the additional work since he was there and I was off for the day. He had me sign for all the work that he was going to perform. When the worm was done he walked me through showed me the water heater and the additional work because of the new codes. He then had me sign the work was completed. My water heater has been working great and it passed inspection. Definitely give Harris Services a try you wont regret it!!!
