    I placed an order on January 6th they shipped my package through *** who transferred it to ****. My package shows delivered however I have yet to receive my package and Juvias place doesn't want to help. You would think that these companies would have some type of insurance on their packages.

    I placed an order with them and they sent me the wrong item. I didnt get what I completed ordered so I contacted them by email to which they responded that they will ship out my replacement product. A couple of weeks go by and I havent received and confirmation or tracking for my Replacement product. I reached out again to support and they told me it may take 7-10 business days before I receive my products. Now a whole month goes by and still no follow up or update about my replacement item. Its unprofessional to fulfill an order incorrectly and seek not to rectify the issue. This was a warehouse issue, and Juvia place online support staff did not respond in a timely matter, they stop responding to me and abandon the issue. I never got a response after my 3rd email. Yesss 3rd email I will no longer support their brand after experiencing this. All they had to do was send me a replacement item and they never followed up or responded in a timely matter.

    I was robbed! Juvias Place takes no responsibility for orders not received! My package was never delivered. I was directed to the post office to dispute the missing shipment with no success. Juvias Place does not INSURE shipped products. I have been robbed of $100 and my mental health by way of emails. The product is great HOWEVER this company will fail due to the lack of loyalty for its consumers. Yet another "black" business with shoddy practices! JUNE 2024

    An order was placed on January 3, **** and two days later I received confirmation that it had been shipped. It did not come in 3-5 days and even after sharing my concern with customer service, it still has not been received and today is 01/16/24. I am very disappointed because this was a late Christmas gift. I will never order anything online from them again.

    The shipping from this company is ridiculous. Snail mail. You would be better off ordering from Ulta. Juvia could be giving away items for free and I wouldnt order from them online. The only way to reach them is by email. They use DHL for shipping, tracking info is never correct, customer service is slow. Im pretty sure this company is probably located over seas. Not worth the stress of buying from them online. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I would have saved myself the hassle and stress. Still waiting on a package from 11/30/2023, today is 12/17/2023. I dont even want to lipstick at this point.

    I am beyond frustrated and anger!! I have been waiting on my order for shipping ever since November 13, Ive been tracking the shipping and its still in the same location, I contacted Juvias customer service and they always say, we are looking into this but no response after that in regards to my shipping! So I reach out to DHL, and they informed me that they didnt provide the shipping ** number..I have sent enormous emails to them about the ** Number! And again! No respond back! Ive paid for this and I dont think its right for them to just take people money!! This is ridiculous and not acceptable! Something needs to be done to them in this regards!

    After speaking with the Director of sales about a freelance job with the brand, she hired me on the spot. I contacted via email several times for tax forms, direct deposit, store visit procedures etc. and got no response for almost 10 days! I was about to call it quits until I finally got hired and started to work. I would contact the director for feedback, guidance and clarification on several things including pay checks. This woman took her precious time to contact me back, it took 3 weeks to get paid! I finally contacted the *** via IG about not being paid and then I miraculously got a phone call from the director and was paid within minutes.. afterwards I received an email stating that the freelance pilot has ended indefinitely. I felt like the director was unprofessional with the lack of communication, I want to support black business but when you have someone in position that doesnt have integrity and professionalism it tends to leave a bad taste in your mouth. I hope the *** re-evaluates her staff and rethinks who she has in charge.

    I placed my order July 4th, it arrived July 7th. My palette was completely broken beyond fixing. I contacted customer service immediately and it took about a week for a reply. I was told I would receive store credit Ave it would take ten days to process. Of course I never received store credit, no refund, no replacement. I've reached out to customer service multiple times, no reply at all now. It's now been a month. I also have two other items that were just simply never sent to me. This is not my first bad experience with juvias but it's the worst. With this current order I lost $64. I wonder how much money they make every year taking customers money and not sending products.

    Awful awful service not all my items were shipped, reached out and they still havent gotten back. This was all June 19,2023 too. I will not be spending anymore money on this company ever. First they never returned any emails had to DM thru Instagram very shady business.Still havent heard back and all I was asking for was my missing item or refund

    Purchased an IN STOCK item two weeks prior, checked tracking and it said **** was awaiting item. Contacted Juvias customer service & was told item is out of stock and I have to be refunded. How is an IN STOCK item ordered TWO WEEKS ago now out of stock? Had I not contacted Juvias place, they would have simply taken my money and my order would just be in stasis.
