    Made a Black Friday orderdidnt receive until 3 1/2 weeks later. One week after I placed my order received a due to high volume please bare with us email. Received my purchase and items were missing. I reached out via email with zero response. Was hoping my account would be refunded for the items purchased that wasnt received since in the email I did show pictures of the box and the invoice. Still not s single email. Im currently in dispute with my cc company. They should be glad Im not trifling cuz I easily couldve disputed the whole charge. I just want the money back for the items I didnt get. Im just confused as to how a company thats in a MAJOR distribution deal with ULTA has such terrible CS! Its always your own people. *********** WOULD NEVAAAA

    Where do I start! If I could give less than one star I would. I placed an order with Juvia's Place on 11/28/2022 through the Shop App for items that were on sale. I was excitedly waiting to receive all of the items that I purchased. By 12/16/2022, I reached out to the company to find out the status of the order I placed. I was told that my order was found and that the company would notify me when the items shipped. 12/21/2022: I received a notice that the items were shipped; however, the Shop App shipping status said the items were partially shipped. Unfortunately, when the package arrived, there were 5 items missing from the order, although the packing list that came with the package listed all of the items were purchased. I notified the company about the discrepancy and was asked to provide a copy of the packing list and a picture of the items that I received, which I did. I also provided a screenshot of the Shop App status for the order which stated the order was partially shipped. I received a response stating that the company can only provide me with a store credit. The company's resolution of the matter is wholly unconscionable. The missing items were offered at a sale price. Therefore, a store credit would not allow me to get the same items at the discounted price seeing that the sale was no longer offered, so I would have to spend more money than the store credit to get the items. It was negligence on the company's part that someone did not conduct a thorough check to ensure that all of the items listed on the packing list were actually included in the package. It is UNFAIR and UNACCEPTABLE and appears to be a BAIT and SWITCH for customers. Also, it is concerning that the company does not have a telephone number for customer service. BUYER BEWARE!! YOU MAY FIND YOURSELF ON THE LOSING END AS THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HONOR IT'S SALE PRICES WHEN IT MAKES MISTAKES AND FRANKLY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS. SHOP AT YOUR RISK!

    I placed a order in early November. Only to receive part of my order. I contacted them on a Friday and received an email on later the following week asking me to show them my box and the items within the box. Im not sure about anyone else but I dont just keep the boxes to my packages . So, I explain to the lady I dont have the box and she told me she couldnt help me if I didnt. It wasnt until I told then I would make a review on my social medias that they decided to send my correct order. I get the replacement order and it is NOT the items that needed to be replaced, so I contacted them again . And they sent another HALF order still missing my items. Im not sure how hard it is for them to just go back to the original order or even my origami email Because I included the names directly from the website of what was missing ! Completely unacceptable and just lets me know you all DO not care about the satisfaction of your customers ! I will never order from you all again! 0/10

    I placed an order on Dec 16th & I have yet to receive anything. No tracking number, no response, nothing. This is ridiculous. They want to charge us for the products, but dont even respond or ship out our items. *** reached out numerous of times. Theyre a fraud! & theyre foul! Taking peoples hard earning money. I will not support their business ever again. Shut that business down!!!

    Order not received Ordered November 19 still did not received the products as of December 3. Juvias Place, DHL and **** just keep passing me. ******* advised to contact the shipper vice versa and not getting any help from customer service from ******************** as well just scripted apologies but no resolution.

    **************** is poor. I ordered my products on November 30th. They were shipped on December 12th and received on the 17th. However I reached out for the order to be canceled because I was afraid they wouldnt reach me in time. No response.Now that I have received the order, one of my makeup pallets are missing, some of the brushes are a bit soft, and the foundation match was not accurate for me. I have emailed them about this as well and again no response. Order #*******

    Trash! Paid for my items didnt receive anything. They look my money and left me with nothing. No refund nothing! I have nothing to give my daughters for Christmas because of this!

    This is ridiculous. I was sent the wrong items and emailed the customer service. The agent emailed asking for pictures. I did provide them and never heard anything from her. Then I emailed her couple of days later about it and haven't recieved anything. Until I sent the request again. She replied that I will be receiving email with return label to return wrong items. And only then they will ship the right items to me. Wow. Really. Juvia's place send me the wrong items and I have to wait until they reside the items and then they will send me the correct items I ordered. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Still haven't gotten a return label by email and it's been 2 days now.
