      The automated tablet at most of the labs do not work very well it all. Now I been waiting almost an 1 hr on a simple text I had to fast for only to find out it didn't register me after the hall the pages of login info I had to sign and even when a clerk came to help it still didnt register me. Hopefully this new annoying tech cost them more money.

      I'm an independent physician and am writing a review because Quest has been so poor with their customer **********************. I sent a ******************** for testing for hepatitis....ACUTE hepatitis...and his test came back positive, but Quest didn't get the results to me, EVER. The patient finally called, and after 2 weeks, was able to get the bloodwork results, though they had been completed a few days after the blood draw. Needless to say I was upset. My staff called Quest. We started a 'ticket' about the problem. We never heard back. We called again and were assured that someone would get back to us within a day. They never did. We called again, and got a run-around. This has never been addressed, and there doesn't seem to be any avenue for us to talk to someone higher up. This is not the first time we've had problems, but it's the worst case, and was a significant potential patient safety/qoc issue. Luckily the patient is fine.I used to send all my patients to Quest for their bloodwork, and I will now very specifically be making sure they go ANYWHERE else.

      They took my bloodwork and 6-weeks later I still dont have the results. The app only allows you to message them which I did over 4 times. They simply reply with an automated message. I called and spoke with someone whom said theyd send me the results, they didnt. On top of it they charged me and my insurance company for the test, in which I never got the results. Completely horrible service

      Apparently somebody put in insurance information wrong and quest the course is wanting me to pay for it because it was declined because they didn't have me in their system which doesn't surprise me but instead of realizing that all labs before and all labs after were billed to the same company and always paid with a customer owing zero I got a bill for $100 and I have called and left messages I've sent text messages I've done everything I can think of to give them this new insurance information and they are doing nothing now I take warfarin and I have to get checked once a month and I go into the lab and they refuse to do it telling me that I have not taken care of this I'm going to call Anthem and let them know what's going on because they told me do not pay this bill they did not bill it to us so be aware

      This place is terrible. I had an appointment scheduled, arrived early and sat down. They came out 10mins later to tell me they were closed because they had a flood. They said I needed to reschedule on my own, so I did. I scheduled for the same day at another location 40 mins away, when I arrived I was told my appointment was cancelled and Id have to be a walk in. I had an appointment but they refused to see me and even said I was wasting their time and now it would take longer to get to me. Super rude and unprofessional. The wait list is over an hour long.

      Billing the pt . Even insirance said that the pt amount is only this amount. Quest bills you over that amount. They dont take into consideration the explanation of benefits sent by the insurance to them and pt.

      Got a simple urine test for a drug screening for my new job. The lady in the office said it would take around 2 days. Its now been 4 days. No results. Dont worry because you cant call their offices individually or contact their customer support because its all AI. The way to kind of get around it is to tell AI youre registering a discrimination complaint. They also only have people answering the phones on Mondays and Fridays from 11-5 or something. Never using this lab ever again.

      The help I received from Quest was fantastic. I have never been so impressed, as I was with the help I got , from *****, she is amazing. Everything went great, when I arrived for my blood test.

      What is the point of making an appointment if they arent going to see you for up to an hour or more AFTER your appointment time. This place is ridiculous

      Worst experience ever. Rude and dirty clinic. The lady there with blonde hair, who drew my blood stuck me in the wrong vein and my arm swelled in 2 places and lasted 2 weeks before going down. I had to go to my doctors office afterwards.I asked Quest to refund my **** visit after signing papers they still have not sent me my refund. Worst place ever to go for blood work. I am talking about the **************** on ***************Nightmare on elm *********** yourself trouble and take my advice , go elsewhere.
