  Quest Diagnostics ********* ****** is the absolute worst. I checked in for my 4:10 pm appointment on time. There were chairs outside of the door and a keypad lock so I assumed that I had to sit outside and wait to be called. I waited until 4:32 when I looked in the window and tried the door. It was unlocked so I went in, not realizing that I should have done that in the first place. Two different Quest employees walked past me as I sat there waiting, after I had checked in on their app. Not once did they ask me if I was there for lab work. When I went in, I told the lady that I hadnt realized that I was supposed to come in. She said Too Bad, I already shut everything down I asked why no one thought to ask the lady sitting outside if she was there for lab work. She said why would we? Even though they had only been closed for 2 minutes, she would not help me. If my company did not contract with Quest, I would NEVER go there and will tell anyone who will listen how horrible their customer ********************** is. I would give -5 stars if I could.

  *********************************************************** I went to do a simple and routine drug test, the lady spoke to me badly since I entered her office, I don't know if maybe she didn't sleep or has personal problems, my humble opinion, I had never felt so bad, for example, the another time I went to the same location the girls who attended me were very kind, this time who attended me says her name is ******, for her I have a zero rating in everything or better below zero.

  One of the worst customer ********************** companies that I have ever come across. These people clearly don't care about patients, as they are impossible to contact and their web site is not working.

  I am soooo disappointed with Quest. Difficult to make an appointment. Soonest I saw online was over a month into the future. Go in person and you have to beg employees that have very little training with people to talk to you. They are cold. I sign in only to discover that if you do so you can be seen around closing time (2pm) no matter if you came early in the ******. You get slammed to the end. No system to create a tier of Standbys out of every hour. I met old ladies already waiting over 2 hour with no promise they would get seen until close to closing time. I walked out. Employees are minimally trained. You cannot talk to a manager. No one cares. It is like being at a Motor Vehicle Govenment line. I totally dislike Quest and probably will never hear back from any contrite executive who does not give a ****. I also noticed the average rating here is only one star out of five. Hello. Quest is a cattle processing center. Shut up and be quiet. Don't ask questions or you'll get employees rolling their eyes at you. Sad

  Very rude people ******* the reception desk. Quest wants to **** as much money as possible, capitalizing on their monopolistic position, so they make the people that have to draw blood man the reception. Quest employees are clearly overworked, untrained and they take it all on customers. Avoid the *********** location at all costs, employees here are much more interest in giving you a gilt trip and ride their ego, than to provide decent service.

  Quest is a hit or miss. I love a lot of the workers. But Quest as a whole is awful. The waiting time is ridiculous and the tv that shows wait time is all lies. Dont trust quest if u need an appointment on time.

  This is the worst place to go for the drug test. The short arrogant woman ***** and the man ******** are totally unprofessional, rude, insulting and arrogant to the patients. When I went there for the drug test , they took me in for the drug test screening few minutes before their lunch break from 12 to 1 pm , and when it was almost 12 , both of them literally kicked me out of the place asking me to come back again after 1 pm. While I was a patient of ******** , this short lady but very tall attitude and arrogance was litterally shouting in my ears from behind , because it was their lunch break. She literally jumped on me. Same thing happened when I came back after lunch break. I raised this matter to their customer care and to the local manager ********************************* , but they did not do anything. The intvestigation was a joke, they tried to cover up their fraud , arrogant employees ***** and ********. Looks like ******** and the rest of the management does not know whats happening on ground and have not read the reviews of their jersey city fascility. I met some other employees of quest diagnostics at other locations and they told me the same thing about this arrogant woman ***** that they had to leave this jersey city quest diagnostics. Especially this ill mannered arrogant woman ***** has all the worst reviews on ****** , yelp and better business bureau and I dont know, what influence or magic she has on the higher *** and/or vice versa that there is no action taken against her , and she is acting like she is the boss or jersey city quest diagnostics. Someone needs to teach these people a ****** for abusing and harrasing the patients. Also I did some research and found that quest diagnostics has paid millions of dollars in fines in ******** fraud, inaccuracies.
