    Every time one of my kids gets sick or hurt and they stay home from school I call to try and make an appointment for them. EV**Y single time I call to make an appointment Im told that there are no appointments and that there are only appointments the next day. I always end up taking my kids to the ** because I am always told that there are no appointments. I keep getting bills from the ** because my insurance does not cover the full amount. Before I switched to riverside medical group my kids used to go to a different doctor. When they were still with that doctor ******** Id call and say that one of them is sick they would tell me to take them to the office right now. That doctors office actually cared about my children and their well-being. I cant say the same about riverside medical group. If it wasnt for the fact that they stopped taking my kids insurance I would have never switched doctors. Switching my kids to riverside medical group was the biggest mistake I have made. Today my daughter stayed home from school because she is in a lot pain and is not able to move her shoulder. I called to make an appointment and the woman I spoke with once again like every other time told that they dont have appointments. She told she would put me on a brief hold to call the office. I said okay. SHE LEFT ME ON THE CALL FOR OV** 30 MINUTES. I kept saying hello and their was no response. I am pretty sure she hung up the phone. I have never witnessed this amount of disrespect and lack of caring for patients. Last I checked this was a doctors office and not a restaurant where you have to call and make appointments weeks in advance.

    October 10,2022 I had appointment for my daughter at 10:30am. First of all it was packed with kids coughing everywhere . Appointments should be handled better not have 50 kids in a tight space coughing and some didnt even have masks on . Also, they called someone who came after me . So what are the appointments for then because they just call whoever they want or maybe it is preference . I had to say something and of course when you complain they find a room right away .
