    Buyer beware If you don't Like your Bogg bag it costs double to ship back. You receive the bag via **** (shipping cost $14) then you when you have to send it back it is done thru Fed Ex (shipping cost $24). Should be the same price shipping it back.

    I purchased a Bogg Bag directly from the company, expecting the same quality as the one I bought two years ago. Unfortunately, the difference is obviousand disappointing.The new bag feels significantly flimsier, the material is much softer, and it lacks the structure and sturdiness that made me love my original bag. I bought this specifically to carry my Ninja Slushi machine, which fits perfectly in the older version. I dont trust the new one to hold up under the same weightit just doesnt feel reliable.I emailed the company with my concerns and immediately received what was clearly an AI-generated response. When I replied, I got another canned message within seconds saying my ticket would be escalated to the relevant team. No human ever actually engaged with my feedback.Its really disappointing to pay full price for what feels like a lower-quality product, especially from the brand itself. If the materials or manufacturing process have changed, customers deserve transparency. I wont be buying another.

    My order came damaged and I have been trying to get ahold of customer service for several weeeks and NO ONE has responded. Their customer service is TERRIBLE!

    Ive been trying to get a hold of customer service for 2 weeks and havent heard a peep back. It took 2 weeks to ship an order that was only supposed to take 4-6 business days. This is a joke! I better not have to pay for a return. Im ******.

    I didnt receive my order as promised. Couldnt get in contact with no one. Just terrible service. Wrong tracking number just just terrible all the way around.
