      Their products kill dogs and cats. They are an awful company and train their customer service people to gaslight pet owners into thinking they killed them. "Are you sure you didn't do something else?" "Did you use too much shampoo?" This business should not be allowed to sell products

      This company is AWFUL!!! Bought a chew toy for "moderate chewers" which our dog chewed completely and ended up in emergency surgery because a piece was stuck in her intestines. I contacted the company and asked them to please review this product as it is so dangerous (there are many other reviews on Amazon with issues). They did a "review" of my case and determined it was MY fault because I was not "watching her constantly". You are not a company for pets .. you are against them if this is how you treat them. You knowingly market a product that causes severe issues, but it makes money so let's keep it on the shelves. I will NEVER buy Hartz products again and I will do EVERYTHING in my power to post all over social media how horrible your company is!!!

      My fiancs Dog of 9 years got fleas and used Hartz shampoo and room spray to try and cure them, we unknowingly used it and within days our sweet pup ****** was gone, he suffered from blood clots and went limp with kidney failure, and soon began to vomit blood, we were unaware of what had caused it, but now looking into this company deeper I know the cause, HARTZ PRODUCTS SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND BANNED FROM STORES IMMEDIATELY!! It killed our dog and there is no replacement for something lost that is so precious to someone, the hurt that this company has caused from the loss of this little life is too deep for words and i hope that with me speaking out about our experience that it will make some sort of a difference.

      My baby was just 3 years old an a inside cat. I bought the Hertz flea medicine from ******* an 1 1/2 weeks later he was dead an I have all the paper work from the vet that says that's what killed him. If I could find a pet lawyer I would have this killing company shut down.
