      This company is trash, they took 9 weeks lead time and gave me the wrong color in my patch. Said they would send new hats at no cost, which never happen. The proofs of my artwork were reviewed as correct and they never honored their mistake. Look elsewhere.

      I have ordered just a simple blank hat from them. I have been charged, but the product has not been sent now several weeks later and they will not respond to my emails or voice messages. I am seeing that this is a trend from them. I ordered from them a few years ago and not only were they prompt but I really liked their product which is why I tried to be a return customer and didn't think twice to check reviews on here. I am sure wishing I had at this point. I am fortunate the money I am out is not a lot, but it's the principle of the matter.

      This was a good reminder to check BBB ratings.I've ordered from them a few times over the years and the only issue was slow fulfillment but nice hats. Usually an email would get them moving, but now they don't respond to any form of communication... Emails, forms, chat.

      Wish Id have read these previous to ordering. Exact same issues as everyone else. SCAM. Hoping theres legal action taken against them.

      Do not order from these people! They scam you and take your money. You wont see your beanies. We ordered in November of 2022 and still havent received anything. We contacted Delusion and they claim to not be in control of what custom logo beanie does. Seem like a scam if you ask me. I have asked for a refund and even tried contacting *********************** whose name is on the invoice. She eventually quit responding to us. Not sure what else to do at this point!

      Delusion MFG is a "sister site" to Brandsick , Headwearhut , ************ and CustomlogoBeanies. They took My money ($180) in March 2023 and it still says my order status is currently "paid in full" status "processing" . 4 months later still no patches. Their customer service numbers are non working numbers and nobody will respond to my e-mail. They even blocked Me on social media . Obviously I'm not the first person to be scammed by them. I'M thinking about seeking legal action. They are low dollar crooks so that keeps them off the radar but I'm feeling that's gonna change soon.

      Order paid for on 12/5/2023. Completed product photos posted to company portal on 2/24/2023 Order shipped 05/23/2023.Customer service continued to respond to my inquiries, but no one reached out to me to tell me the order was having issues. I did receive my product 6 months later, so at least there is that, but there are very few things on this planet worth waiting six months for, and a company branded hat isn't one of them. Hopefully if you are reading this review it is because you are proactive instead of reactive and you are able to choose a different company to work with on your business schwag.

      HOLY SMOKES! I cant believe this company and how many of us are having the same issue. This is absolutely insane! I placed an order back in April 2023 now after reading these reviews I am sick to my stomach. Like most of these people, I am a small business and entrepreneur who uses their own hard earned funds to try and grow their business. We do our best to be honorable and fair, and then you have these companys like this that just s**** ** over. Now I fear that I have lost all my money with company. Is there anything that can be done? This is crazy! Look at these reviews, this is so sad and awful.DFG, if you are reading this please just refund me funds. Im depending on these hats but if you are unable to deliver, please just say that, refund me my money, and I will be on my way.

      DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Terribly customer service doesn't even come close. I think at this point, we can define this as theft. I will be contacting authorities about this and a special reporting group who investigates and televises their discoveries on companies like this. They say you cannot cancel an order once placed, however, if they do not deliver a product or service on time within reasonable expectation, this is good grounds for suing them. This company is unethical. They try to get you to buy, by immediately answering inquiries, but once you have a complaint about how long they're taking, then they go radio silent. I've seen many people say they've been scammed out of hundreds and thousands of dollars...Please save yourself a headache and do not buy from them. I ordered 30 hats for $700 in march and now it is June...NO WORD from them. Unbelievable. Also, they delete all their Instagram comments so you can't see others' complaints, they only leave the "good" reviews up.
