      Ordered hats 6 months ago and I didn't hear anything until I contacted my bank to get my money back. They showed the least amount of progress possible and are now ghosting me again.

      If only there could be a negative amount of stars. They repeatedly ignored requests for updates, got the art wrong, corrected the art, only to go back to use the incorrect art on the embellishments and even after over 3 months refused to refund the order. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - especially if you want your order in a timely manner and with the art as you sent it.

      Hi ********,Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention.After checking your order, it seems that the first proof which we uploaded was not that of an incorrect artwork, however, it may have seemed to you like so because it did not look the exact same as on the digital mockup you approved. This was because, that was just the first step of the production, and after you had approved it, we would then upload the final proof for your review.       This company is a scam. I ordered two hats and have not received them. They gave me no tracking number and no updates on my order. I reached out with multiple emails and they have ignored me.

      ***Only providing 1 star because it made me choose 1. I'd give them a 0!My comments are the same as everyone else. I've never ordered from a company that just doesn't deliver the product and blatantly lies to the customer about their order. I'm disgusted with this company from stealing money from my small business and acting like it didn't even matter. Don't ever buy from them!
