      Ordered off of **** and camera was having issues focusing. I initiated a return and sent the item back. Seller opened a claim saying I sent a different item. I'm now out $708.45 dollars and no camera. Shady company, never even bothered to message me about the return. Now my **** account is banned and the sellers have been ghosting me, not responding to my emails or calls.

      Complaint ID ******** Thank you for contacting us im regard to this complaint. Upon researching this matter we discovered the order for a brand new CANPSSX740BK-JG was shipped and delivered to the customer under ***** tracking ************. The customer requested a return with return reason: Just didn't like it. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise we found the customer has made a fraudulent return and deceptively returned used damaged camera with a serial # that is unrelated to this transaction. The returned unit was not purchased with out business and is non-functional. This matter was reported to **** and **** determined the buyer was at fault. The buyer Daisy ** has been removed from the **** community for policy abuse. No refunds can be issued where our merchandise is not returned. We can issue a refund if the customer returns our merchandise in the same new condition in which it was sent. We encourage the buyer to contact our support to initiate this process.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      Product was correct, brand new, and sealed. Sellers are lying, if the item is faulty please send it back to me as I had paid for the item. I have emailed with no response to send my item back. It is not right that the seller kept the $700 item brand new for free and denied the refund. Apparently seller pulls this stunt with numerous of other customers according to public reviews.

      Complaint ID ******** We follow **** best practices and policies and process refunds within **** requirements. This matter was closed by **** against the buyer for fraudulent returns. The buyer Daisy ** has been removed from **** for their actions. No refunds are due for this transaction since the correct item has not been returned to us. We can issue a refund if the customer returns our merchandise in the same new condition in which it was sent. Once again, we encourage the buyer to contact our support to initiate this process. A refund will not be processed without the return of the correct merchandise.

      I bought a camera through *******- 6AVE Electronics.

      I am filing a report against your company 6AVE Electronics. You’ve claimed in your previous email Dated Nov 24th 2023 that I will receive a brand new Sony A7S III. When the package arrived on Nov 27 2023: the box was NOT brand new (obviously tampered) with NO sticker on it; I cannot register the product at the Sony store to get it fixed; no warranty form inside the box; and the camera image sensor looks damage. These are all against your previous email claiming it to be brand new. I refuse to send it back for you made it hard for me to trust you company ever again. Either you discontinue your shamming business or I will do everything in my power to shut you down. You are stealing money from innocent and hardworking people who spend hours long at work just to buy a product from your company to be disappointed at the end of it all. I command you to clear/dismiss all payments I have with you at the same time answer to the Better Business Bureau the report I am sending tonight. I will never recommend your business to my friends, family, co-workers, or anyone who ask about a “good and trust worthy” electronic seller. 

      I will give your company bad reviews on ******, ****, *******, **** and all selling platforms I find your company’s name and update them every single day if your team ever tries to delete them (attached together with screen shot of your lies). I will make sure I will be the last innocent guy you will every scam ever again. I am nothing but a consequence to your company’s action. 

      May God strike down all evil doings in your company’s sham of a business you got going on there.
