      I purchased a camera directly from the 6Ave website. After charging my credit card, 6Ave cancelled my order and raised the price of the camera $800. While they say they will be refunding my card, canceling and raising the price is a shady tactic.

      I recommend staying clear of this company! I purchased ********* binoculars through ***** I was out of state and had a family member sign for the shipping. I was understandably disappointed when I returned home, opened the box and to my surprise immediately noticed stains on the rubber protective skin of the binoculars. I was beyond ****'s return window because I was spending time with my 97 year old mother. When I reached out to 6th Avenue Electronics in Somerset, ********** they shut me down saying "stains do not constitute a defect" and that "stains do not affect performance" and Yes..I was ***************** window. I reached out to ********* and they told me 6ave is not one of their approved dealers. Additionally, ********* stated the purchase from 6ave is not covered by *********'s Warranty. I was not prepared for that surprise. I fault myself for trusting this company just to save a few bucks. I can get the skin replaced for about $100. But, the caustic attitude the representative from 6th Avenue Electronics took towards me is inexcusable. I can only hope someone will read this and take pause.

      Purchased ************* camera through Amazon 12-21-22, camera had an issue that we did not confirm before the 30 day return policy. I sent the camera to Nikon to get fixed, ***** would not work on the camera as the serial number was not recognized. Reached out to Amazon customer support, they called 6ave and informed us that there is NO Warranty offered on this camera not even a 1 year! I have to assume that this is a knock off being sold as a legitimate product. I would have gladly paid the extra ~$50 to have a real Nikon camera that works with a warranty! Read the fine print or just DO NOT purchase items from 6AVE!

      This company doesnt appear to be legitimate, and is non responsive. My son purchased a computer monitor about a month ago and immediately returned it because it wasnt the right item for him. He was met with resistance to returning, once he returned and had the receipt and shipping info, he contacted the seller for information on the status of his refund, they asked for the tracking information and once he provided it, they refused to correspond. Its been almost a month and nothing-no communication or refund!

      They sell you one thing, but ship another. I purchased Garmin Descent G1 Solar and they sent me the regular version that i could have bought cheaper directly from Garmin! I contacted the seller, first they insist that they sent me what I bought, when confronted with a fact that I actually verified it with Garmin itself they said to ship the device back for a refund. I told them I don't want a refund, I want the item I bought, they said they do not do exchanges, only returns for a refunds! Sounds like a bait and switch!
