This is a terrible company(********** 91st St location). I went in to get my aids cleaned(it's 115 in **********). After getting them back I got a frantic phone call later in the day, that they had given me the wrong hearing aids!! So, late afternoon (and it's still 115) I have to drive to the office again. The other gentleman is sitting there responding "I think you have my hearing aids". So the switch was made. Office staff seemed to think it was funny. It's not funny when you are 70 and have to drive all over.I went in today to get my aids cleaned again(I'll give then a second chance). Since it was lunch hour they refused to do it.I immediately drove to another audiologist who cleaned my aids in five minutes. I will transfer to this office---when asking about a release form they said HearingLife will not honor release forms!! Seems a tad illegal. So I have to make another trip to pick up my records and hand carry them to the new audiologist.

I was told before my appointment it cost $50 but it ended up costing $400. I told him I wasnt prepared to pay that since I was told differently. He was still nice but very irritated with me so I ended up paying $400HearingLife

Thank you for the opportunity to address this concern. We conducted a thorough investigation into this case. Service fees and supplies are charged when products are out of warranty or were purchased at a non-HearingLife facility. Many times, the service needs are unknown until the product is evaluated, thus the cost of the service/supplies is unknown as well.Review fromKim P

IT WAS AMAZING GOT THERE WENT THROUGH THE PAPERWORK I WAS IN AND OUT BEFORE I KNEW IT THE DOCTOR WAS GREAT COULD NOT ASK FOR A BETTER PERSON SHE SAID THAT THEY DID NOT ACCEPT MY INSURANCE BUT SHE WOULD BE GLAD TO SEND MY TEST TO THE PLACE THAT I WAS GOING TO THAT ACCEPT MY INSURANCE THANKS FOR EVERYTHINGHearingLife

Hearing Life in ************* were terrific. From the receptionist to the clinician, they were nothing but professional. Very friendly and informative, explained all of it in terms and language I could comprehend. I would highly recommend them to everyone. I was very comfortable and at ease during the whole process. I have been going to Hearing Life before the name changed to Hearing Life. Staff explained all my options and didnt just try to sell me hearing aids. They always take their time and I never feel rushed.HearingLife

The staff at HearingLife of ********* went out of their way to assist me in getting my hearing aids set up and working for me. These aids were left to me by a family member who passed away and were almost brand new, My old aids were starting to give me problems. They went out of their way to contact the original doctor and make sure these units could be transferred to me and to assist me in getting the warranty transferred to my name. I can't say enough about how much they helped me get them working and all the paperwork taken care of, Great people to work with and worth the drive to ************** *****HearingLife
