Wow! I am so pleased! I have been very hesitant to get hearing aids ! lol... guess I just don't want to admit to my self that I certainly need them. ****************** was very professional as we went thru the process of educating me on the use and care of my new hearing aids, making me feel very confident in both the product and the customer care I will receive in the future!

This is Absolutely the worst company to deal with!Their customer service is horrendous.They cannot process insurance claims properly and if you ever try and get a refund youll probably die before that happens.STEER CLEAR OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!The rating should be less than 1HearingLife

Would not recommend!! First of all, my husband wanted half shells, he got whole shells, and he hates them. They are big and bulky and not at all what he wanted. Second of all they have "walk in" hours from 1-2 which he cannot make because he still works, I took time from my job to go during walk in hours to find they were closed, no note or nothing. Third they decide 6 months after the fact that we now owe an additional $350, my husband told them originally to put whatever the insurance didn't pay to a care credit acct. We are now getting bills for said $350. This place is a joke. Now we have to deal with hearing aids that he hates and paying additional money. If I could go back in time, we would have gone elsewhere.HearingLife
