      I purchased a car (Audi A5) from this location on November 20th 2024, they provided me with a temporary tag that was set to expire December 19th, but they assured the license plate will arrive before the expiration date and they will call me when its ready for pick up. I left with the car after closing the deal. December 19th came and I called them stating where are is my licensce plate and I can no longer drive the car with an expired temporary tag. They assured me It should be "safe" to drive with the temporary tag as the law enforcers (the police) are aware the DMV process is slow and they will cover the cost of any ticket if I was to get pulled over. I was then pulled over and given a ticket for an expired tag. From that point it has been 2 months of constant back and fourth from this dealership that they are working on getting me my tag and it should be in within the week, that was said over a month ago now. They informed me that the dealership purchased the car from a previous reposition on the car so getting the title from the stage takes longer, I was not told this at the time of purchase I went in person to the dealership to resolve the issue and again i was met with they cant do anything about it but provide me with a letter of extension because issuing me a new tag with a new expiration date is "illegal". The letter of extension is invalid/ or not uphold-able as I showed this letter to the police officer and yet was still given a ticket.
      I then went to the DMV of new jersey to see if there was anything I can do and was met with it is not illegal to be given a new temporary tag and that the dealership is not cooperating with the circumstances.
      Since November 20th that i purchased the car I have paid the monthly payment/ insurance but have not been able to drive the car since the ticket that occurred 1/11/2025.
      They provide me with no answers but to just wait when they knew this problem could have occurred at the time of sale but they failed say.

      I purchased a vehicle from Prestige Auto group last year along with a 2 year extended warranty (VSCSPS001288) for $2,000.00 & ************** (GAPGPS010053) with the package - I traded in the vehicle on 11/05/2024 and I should be receiving about an $1,800.00 refund in total for both. It took about 3 weeks to get a response back from them and they finally directed me to ****** ***** in the Dunhill Accounting Dpartement and I never received a response back and the total wait time has been about 50 days. Her contact information is ******************************************************************************************** - Phone ************ - ************************************************************** This business has very poor customer service processes and never contacts you back in a timely manner.

      Lied about price, lied about extra services, over charged $13,000, stole my trade in truck, 3 months and no plates now driving with unregistered vehicle, ignoring my phone calls and won’t call me back

      I purchased a 2019 Land Rover Discovery from this dealership in 2023. Within 5 months of purchasing the vehicle from this dealership, the engine started making a weird ticking sound. We brought it to a mechanic and were told it may need a new engine. At that point, my husband called the dealership, explained the situation to try and resolve the issue because we just bought the car a few months prior. They made it seem like they were going to help us. They told my husband if we brought the car in, they would put us in a different car. We went to the dealership and they wanted another down payment around $4000, which is what I already gave them the first time for the Land Rover and my car payment was going to be almost $900 a month on a used car. THAT IS NOT RESOLVING THE ISSUE. Since then the car has since been to 2 different mechanics and finally we were told that I did need a new engine. We were quoted $24,000 for parts and labor, that was for a brand new engine to be installed. The Kelly BB value, is around $15,000 for this car. That mechanic suggested purchasing a used engine and having it installed. We decided to purchase a used engine ($4100) to have it installed from another mechanic. The labor from the other mechanic started at $6000 and was too pricey for us. The website we purchased the engine from turned out to be fake and we were scammed out of $4100. I submitted a claim to BBB for that as well. This car has been nothing but a headache for us and has been sitting in my driveway since last year and can not be driven. We would like this to be resolved somehow with the dealership. Either they fix the engine or work with us on a replacement vehicle. How does a car need a brand new engine within a few months of purchase?

      I bought a warranty through Prestige in excess of $4,500 so that I would not have to pay out of pocket for repairs. I have a Jaguar 2015 XJL which is an expensive vehicle so that's what prompted me to get the warranty. My vehicle stopped running one day while out grocery shopping had it towed to mechanic who stated I was in need of a replacement engine. Contacted warranty department who took to weeks to send their adjusters out to only tell me I was driving the vehicle while the vehicle was smoking which was not true so they would not pay for the repair of which I find absolutely unacceptable. I will be taking Prestige to court as soon as I calm down. I'm so tired of warranty companies not honoring their warranties and coming up with any excuse to refuse to pay for the repair. I asked since they were not paying for the repair would they be refunding me the money for the warranty their answer was No. I am beyond discuss!!!!!

      We are really sorry that you have problem with the engine. **************** are responsible for everything that your contract are covering. However they are declining the claim if vehicle wasnt properly maintained.
