  BEWARE! The manager here doesnt want to sell vehicles; he wants to lock you into financing. He's unwilling to budge on pricing once he realizes you dont need such. As a matter of fact, he will add on imaginary costs. The vehicle in question was listed for ******, and he attempted to assert that the 8% sales tax on that price was $2700. Once he realized we werent idiots and that it was in fact, $2400, he attempted to say that the tax amount was based on what he bought the vehicle for, which was ****** (he declared this after reasoning that the ****** was only for those who were financing ??) I countered that even with that price - the taxes were still NO MORE than $2500, (Im a math teacher). Moreover, we had our own tag which required transfer only. This price is typically around $200, $250 if the dealer conducting it is being a douche, and even with all that - the total price would STILL be ******. After all that, he made another declaration, noting that he wanted to make AT LEAST $1500 profit. Therefore, we were willing to make the deal for $35,000 total with no financing required.However, he kept pushing another funky $2000, claiming it was taxes, AND kept offering to finance with 10 - 15k down! Seriously dude? Who still finances WITH money done? That money would go directly to the dealership, which, in my experience, only needs to be a conduit between the consumer who needs financing (not us) and the bank.So yeah, the manager is a sleazeball. He must receive kickbacks from financing. Ive never known anyone not to want to sell a car outright. Maybe it was because I out mathed him? ??

  ??? I purchased from here and my truck was no good from the beginning. Me being a woman didnt help. I was consistently told theyd handle it. It was very hard to convince the bank to take their money back and allow me to give them the truck back. Due to Covid taking place it was very difficult to be in person to handle lots of business. The is***s with the truck was the catalytic converters but they kept putting cleaner in it. Long story short, 4 years later I have spent enormous amounts of money on the truck each year to the point where I spent more than what the truck cost. First year I had to replace the engine and drama with that. Then up to now, I replaced all 3 catalytic converts, motor mounts, tire rods, oxygen sensor, cam shaft sensor, crank shaft sensor, starter, tune up, regulator, air compressor, and so much more Today, April 21st, 2024 my truck has not been running for 3 months straight and now its completely stopped running sitting in my driveway. This couldve been all avoided in the beginning if they took the time to repair it properly. Thats what I get for doubling back. I was leaving when the truck I went there for had been sold. After discussing the original truck I wanted to purchase, they told me that I was 15 minutes too late. First of all we were in communication and I was on my way after lunch time. They knocked on my window and convinced me they had another color with the automatic start, so I looked into it. Never have I second guessed myself again after this transaction. One day I was there with a complaint and someone drove by yelling not to purchase from them because they were rip offs and liars. Well it was too late for me at that time. Oh and one time I was given one price only for the partner to come off vacation and try to get $400 more over the price discussed. Didnt work well for them cuz I wasnt paying that. Even the loaner car fell apart on me while driving it. I wish that I can *** and get some or all my money back ??

  This is a con-business - they are very unprofessional and will tell you every lie under the sun to get your money. Once they sell you the car, they don't care anymore. They have no customer service skills or business ethics. It is all about ripping you off. I bought a ***** XC90 from them. They knew the car was defective and the roof was leaking but did not tell me about the defect till I bought the car and found out that the rear of the car was flooded with water when it rained. When I went there to report the defect, they told me they were aware and would take care of it. They sent me to two different car auto body shops and finally told me that they are not responsible for the repair. They should be stopped from extorting customers and put out of business. Please be warned! If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, do not go to Prestige Auto Group. They are con artists so stay away from them. Only scams on their part.

  Tons of bogus fees, only allowed for short test drive, truck needed breaks and rotors still have not received my registration
