      We have place an an Order in May 2022 for 15 Windows purchased and installation. When we talked during during a sales visit the Sales Manager told us that they will install the windows from out side so no worry about the blinds. On Aug 23, 2022, Tuesday Window Galaxy's Contractor came and removed my Blinds and all current windows. They have installed all 15 windows. I asked about the Blinds they have removed to put them back on the windows, they said that is not in contract. My concern is if it was not in contract then why they have removed it. If they have called in advance and told me to removed the blinds I could have arranged Blinds to Go to removed it and install it again. After window installation Contractor asked me to signed the document that work has been completed. I refused to sign then he talked to the Window Galaxy and threaten me that he is going to remove all half windows and kept my house open. There was a safety as well as the privacy issue so I signed the document and paid full amount. They gave me lot of stress so I was not able to work after that event. Same day evening I had to go to the Blind to Go for Blinds installation from where it was purchased and installed. The Blind installation visit has been schedule on next week, My house is open to see for public. I cannot stay in house as they removed Bathroom blinds too.Window Galaxy gave me lot of stress and I am not able to use my house till all blind installed. Window Galaxy should pay my all money back.Thank you,****

      Hello April,

      We have been in touch with the customer, We explained that we don't remove blinds from the window area and that we have a form that also explains we dont remove the blinds and she signed that form. We did remove the blinds because the company she purchased the blinds from installed them directly on the window frames and in order to remove the windows the blinds had to be removed as well. After explaining this to the customer she said I didn't know that they were attached to the windows. When the new windows were installed we told her that we will not put them back up and attached them to the new window frames because that would void the window warranty. She said she will call the blind company to see if they could reinstall them and made a appointment for 9/1/22. We offered to have one of our installers come out and see if we can do something to help on 08/31/22 and after that visit she wanted to still have the blind company to look at this as well. She called me on 9/1/22 at around 11am and I was on a consultation and called her back after my meeting and left her a message that I will be in another meeting at 2 pm. After that meeting I called her at 3:56 and left a message and then again at 5:23 with no answer. I called her 9/2/22 @ 9:20AM and again no answer and also text and emailed her to call when she had a momment and still waiting to hear back from her.
