      I hired Window Galaxy USA to replace 36 windows, install new siding over existing stucco, and extend the ***** soffit on my home by 12 inches. I met with **** on three separate occasions to discuss and finalize my project. I was assured that the color Bone would be available for all trim, gutters, and siding. I also paid for a soffit ***** extension. All of this is detailed in the contract, which makes their later actions even more concerning.A few days before the work was set to start, I received a call from the owner, ****, informing me that they do not have the gutters and trim in the Bone color and that it doesnt existGreg had apparently made a mistake. **** also informed me that they dont do framing, meaning the ***** soffit extension I paid for is something they cannot provide. **** admitted he was unsure why **** would charge me for a service they do not ******** feels as though **** took my $27,500 deposit under false pretenses, promising he could fulfill my requirements just to secure the payment. Furthermore, they failed to pull the necessary permits for the project, which could have resulted in significant issues for me had I not realized it before the work began.Both **** and **** were dishonest throughout this process. They should be ashamed of their conduct and should refund my deposit immediately, given the misrepresentation, lack of integrity, and breach of contract.

      After months of issues with another company, Art from Window Galaxy really came through for me. Extremely kind and professional. Those complaining about calls,.then don't fill out the online social media ads,.which is how O found the company. If they do call, answer the phone and reply that you're just looking or not interested. Respect and kindness go a long way.
