    On October 30, 2023, we were told that Primitive Quilts and Projects magazine is going digital only and anyone who signed up for a subscription to the magazine could get their money refunded if they did not prefer digital copies. I had signed up for a 2 year subscription and since I did not want digital copies, I called them on October 30, 2023 and requested a refund of $43.72.Since I had not receive a check in the mail, I called again on Dec. 1, and Dec. 9 and Dec. 28. On Dec. 28 I was told I would receive a check for $43.72 in the mail the first week of January 2024.Now, I received an email from Primitive Quilts and Projects informing me they cannot refund my money and I should go on their website and order magazines or patterns to cover what they owe me. Since I already have all their magazines and patterns, there is nothing I can order on their website. And, all their patterns and books are only digital on their website (which I do not want).Any help would be appreciated.

    This company went digital with magazine with no prior notice. They said in writing they would refund remaining issues. They are now refusing to do so. I want my refund!
